Love the podcast! Mental health is a big issue. I was diagnosed with severe PTSD after my deployment to Afghanistan. 22 veterans take their life everyday. Intrusive thoughts are a daily occurrence and multiple times of the days. My goal everyday is to be better than I was yesterday! I have to stay positive! Be positive! Be the good ! Spread the good!
