Just got the silver , but don't want to remove the package , you say only the blue lights up . Why?

The silver also lights up I tested with mine and it works just fine! But shines in a more muted yellow color.

I guess it is the oppacity of the material, I tried my own one with my Phone lamp but could see nothing, but after I tried with a most powerfull lamp and it worked, thats why I recommend to get the blue one for this feature

Oh my God I can't believe it ."thanks for revealing this feature. It would be nice if Hot Wheels would give us an official explanation for it. Hot Wheels needs to make it project onto a wall the Hot Wheels symbol.😊
