loveeee that these can be made vegan:) I went to Spain two summers apart, the first time I wasn’t vegan and ate churros allll the time and they were amazing, had them for breakfast with coffee even!! then the second time I stayed with the same host family but this time was vegan and couldn’t eat anyyyy churros😭so very sad. so that said Im definitely going to make these soon since it’s been years!! just subscribed 💕

Hello my dear, i made these Churros taking your recipe as a guide and they turned out very good. The first batch I thought going to break into the oil but I think the oil needs to be fairly hot at first and then to medium otherwise they soak up too much oil. I also like the simplicity of this chocolate sauce.

Can you bake these in the oven as well? And if so at what temperature, btw the churros look great! Also, do you think oat flour would work just as well?

You can try - haven't done so myself! I would recommend using an air fryer - and not sure oat flour would work... it won't yield the same texture.

I wonder if you watched the video: I said there is a vegan option, and I also list different replacements in the video to make the recipe vegan. I'm not vegan myself so I made it the way I always do.

Whenever I try to make them they just come out all soggy

It might be because you aren't frying them for long enough? Or or are they crispy after they come out of the oil and then go soggy after?

@@HotChocolateHitsOfficial I just tried them again and the turned out so good it turns out the oil wasn’t hot enough they were a bit gooey on the inside
