How to make Sushi Rice
・Make some steamed rice.
・Add vinegar, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix until all mixed properly.
・Splash Sushi vinegar on steamed rice and fold it in a cutting motion.

Nami you can even play piano so beautifully after those years! And you speak always about no special skills.. Such a beautiful and sure tasty sashimi and sushi you made... I don't remeber how many centuries ago I ate sashimi...would love to again, hopefully some day. That stake restaurant must have been pretty expensive.

I always wanted to visit Japan and study the history and culture surrounding the Japanese people, but unfortunately all of my many travels took me directly to China which I don't regret.
