Yes. It uses x planes own g1000 but highly upgraded.... it's really good but make sure you have a decent computer.

@@Gnompsky Yeah, I ended up not activating it correctly... I thought the only thing that I had to activate wa s the installer, not only the plane inside of the sim.

Aj. You sound like me two years ago. then I bought X-Plane 10 on sale for $15.00 (steam) I was immediately impressed. Left P3D & FSX steam edition untouched for months. Then X-Plane 11 came out and I jumped on it and wiped my drive clean of any P3D, FSX, Orbx and ALL other scenery and planes. Nothing wrong with using P3D. But if you get a chance to try X-Plane, get it. There is a free demo but I was not impressed by that AT ALL. Both Sims can occupy the computer at the same time. Frame Rates and smooth performance are far superior, for me, in X-Plane 11 than what I was seeing in P3D.

Are you running P3D? If so, you likely can run X-Plane with NO problems. Now if YOU are one who believes every setting MUST be at Maximum setting or it sucks, then stay with P3D. Not a thing wrong with P3D and it will deliver you enjoyment. I am just saying you could try the demo and see how smooth (or lack thereof) it is.
