Sell 😱 I don’t sell, I buy!! Renting will be a nice opportunity to share the beauty of the space and location A/c and under floor eating, comfort is very important I keep the a/c on At a minimum 24/7, houses that are left to get freezing cold or very hot, they deteriorate very quickly

Davide!, is the natural edge counter top in the bath that holds the water basin more of your personal deign work?....TUTTO BELLO!!! ....FABULOUS BATHROOM, like a Holy Grotto!.... and the circular lighting fixture is Gorgeous!!, quite unique!. Every centimeter has been given consideration and attention. From one designer to another, U are a true renaissance man indeed...BRAVO! , and Buono Natale Fratello!🙏

Grazie Fratello, I was inspired by the sea, the shape of the rooms and the shape of the doors. Even if the space is small, very important decisions were made to create a comfortable flow and a comfortable living environment. People often think they can do it themself, by turning into designers and builders specialist, the results are catastrophic 🙏🙌

The property is about 55sqm and the budget was about €1500 per sqm Plus furniture ⭐️
