Hi......iiiiiiii Jon! Glad to see this short about this property. I think remember when you and Rhianna were looking at this place before complete on the family's channel. it's great to paint fire places when it is needed, ESPECIALLY, where the fire place is the focal point of the rm, it should stand out, it's good contrast and bringing the black doors and trims makes spaces more contempory, modern. Praise God on the phone issue gettting leads and contractors etc. changing that phone #! I am all about efficiency for business as well as personal! Looks good! I really enjoy the flipping videos Jon. This is a lot of bedrooms and potential for a basement space rental. The carport has an overhang roof, which is another possibility for additional living space, should anyone want to go that route. I like the Black doors and trim because White doors and trim get dirty so fast. It saves a lot of cleaning up all the time. I don't mind the Black fireplace because if you use the fireplace a lot, it is going to get black soot on it anyway. It's a really good buy, and it's move in ready. You've done all the hard work and renovation. Keep us updated on more flips. ❤😊

I like the black doors & trim. Not sure if I like the black fireplace. It goes with the rest of the house though, so it works. The only thing I foresee with the black color choice is that it’s popular now, but eventually it will go out of style. However, like I said, with the large windows & plenty of light getting into the house, it works. Nice job. 😊

Glad to see your post! The black is a little too much but at least it not all white. There are really only 4 neutral choices brown, gray, black or white. Millennial gray is out. Wood tones are coming back in.

great ideas all around in most of your videos, however the black fireplace is a disaster - makes the place look smaller and it takes away from it, not to mention lowers the energy and vibe. same for the doors. the natural fireplace look before was better or any other terracotta or pastel color palette and the doors same, would have been better olive green or something else more natural that will bring in more light and connect with nature outside and make the place feel bigger. you keep saying "I love the black trims", my response is: you aren't fixing it for yourself.... the black finishes look alright in bigger houses with high ceiling but in a small space it looks the opposite of spaciousness and "luxury"...
