These prices are crazy. This house is, as others have put it, a dump. 50k tops, and would need 50 more spent on it to make it half decent

I agree , it’s not worth the price at all ... obviously trying to get a foreigner to buy ... the average Filipino couldn’t touch this house ... and the rich Filipinos wouldn’t even take a second look .. outrageous..

No way I would buy this house. The prices are far too high in Dumaguete. I know other regions in the Philipines where you can build a nice new bungalow for 5.5 mio.

I can get the same thing in manila in light mall SMDC for 4M cash.... It is overpriced, maybe that is foreigner price....

If you drink coffee with a straw it reduces the staining. Sounds weird, but it works for me.

Same here. I completely agree with you. I just could not live in such a house and even renovating such a dump would not be an option. I hope Ned and his wife find a property to build their own house soon. We built our own house almost twenty years ago in Valencia. Now are looking for a suitable property in order to build a second one.

My house was peach color for many years. A little more orange than pink. That one seems to be overpriced unless it is in a really good secure gated and police patrolled neighborhood! I finally had my house redone in yellow again, as it was originally. Back when i changed it, peach was a popular color here. Not anymore! I am much happier with yellow, but also like light gray or beige! Not sure why they would paint that house pink. but I would not want it like that. I think they lowered the value by a good amount doing that. Not even if it was more orange in it to look peach would I want it like that. That is a very outdated color that really narrows the buyer pool and lowers the value. Thanks for sharing! Take care and God bless you all! David
