Great video and thank you for encouraging my wife and myself to take it to the next level in life, to take the risk and commit to the adventure. I am 72 years old my wife is 65 years old and your videos are Inspiration for us to continue an adventurous lifestyle. We've traveled to 35 countries and by seeing how you take on the challenges has given us the courage to do things that we have not felt comfortable doing. The house was a better choice, The maintenance is a no brainer, two big boys (free labor). I think the husband had it right about the grandkids, friends and family. Perfect!!

I found that shade of blue very soothing & relaxing. I may consider that an option in my home. She seems very controlling, and would be a nightmare to work with. She would smile in your face while writing up a speech to fire you.

Family has lived in Cholla Bay since the 90s. The condos on the beach or the worst. Half the condos did not get finished. The construction was shoddy and then the rescission hit. The condo is the worst investment as the condos are mostly empty and they are not building the HOA funds with empty buildings. Soon these buildings will be in disrepair

The 2nd house is huge but could be a lot of problems with maintenance and upkeep. The 3rd condo is ready made for fun and relaxation for vacation time with all of the attractions and amenities. The views of all 3 homes were Beautiful. Lovely Couple. Husband chose what the Wife wants.

Hi Richard, thanks for the post. The market is picking up crazy right now, prices increasing, it's turning to a seller's market. Rental homes are being picked up, many people moving here. I know of apartments for 200 per month still. Come on down!!

I loved the 1st condo they ruled out. It was small yes but would have been easy to keep clean and maintain and it was more private than the last one. 4k over budget isn't much and it was fully furnished and turn key. The house was way too big, over budget, and would need a lot of maintenance and renovation. The third house was dated and lacked privacy.

If one buys a home in Mexico, is there annual property tax there?

Hi Randy, yes there are yearly taxes. Depends on the property if it's a condo or house, but let's say it's a 2 bedroom condo, taxes approx $200 per year, a small house in town about $70 per year, large huse on the beach about $200 to 250 per year, extremely low property taxes in Mexico! Even my income tax is between 8 and 10%. Thanks for asking

Were building subways, highways, new airports, docks, you name it...mexico has a solid economy, inflation is low, unemployment is very low, the middle class is growing...remember were the third import/export market to the US...this is not the mexico of the 80's

MrZigz2010 dumbass i am mexican american and traveled around mexico and in the tourist upper class places houses and buildings are way more expensive, if you are talking about houses in small towns and villages in mexico then yeah 800,000 can get you a fucking palace but in places lile polanco, reforma or many any other places in mexico city , or like for example santa maria in michocan or san miguel allende, gudalajara and so on houses cost way more because of the good economy they have. Know your shit before saying shit it really sounds like you just been to a small village and not big mexican cities smh...
