It's quite a sprawling house with several terraces. It's directly on a main road, but insulation and double glazing should minimize traffic noise. The layout isn't ideal, but there are options to repurpose some of the rooms. I would expect bedrooms and at least one living area to be air conditioned for the summer months and some heating in the winter. There's space to have a garden and plant more fruit trees.

The road is not an issue in the house and even behind in the courtyard you would hardly know it is there, air con and heating can be fitted if desired.

Recently I've watched a number of your videos and some others as well . One thing I noticed that might be a concern for me. Is the ceiling height in the lower level rooms, garages and outbuildings . As you see I am ^'4" tall ! So my question is . What is the ceiling height in the lower levels? Or what is the standard ceiling height ?

I did not notice particularly low ceiling heights and while I am 4 inches shorter I normally notice, if you make a formal enquiry at [e-mail] we will contact the owners.
