Regarding the beginning, Rhaenyra fed an ancient feud between House Blackwood and House Bracken by letting the heckling get out of control and leaving a bloody mess instead of stopping it. This demonstrates a flaw she repeats this episode, she does not consider the consequences of her actions. Many people in that room will remember the things she said and did/didn't do that day.

Lemme tell u what I found weird. The Queen stayed mad for years that her friend didn't tell her she did the deed. Not even the King was that mad. He was more on about 'perspective is everything' vibes. And the Queen will continue to be furious that Rhaenyra continues to give her coochy to damn well whomever she pleases. Viserys dealt with it how people normally dealt with that sort of possible scandal and got his daughter married real quick.
