It has a good covered carport and an open sides around the house where you can put a lot of greens or pocket garden. It's really great that every room has its own toilet and bath. It would be nice if the 2 bedrooms are the same in interior layout because the 2nd bedroom where the cabinet is the first thing that you will see when you open the door is quite disturbing. Overall it is really breathable and have a calm vibes because of the large windows that allows air and natural light to come in.

i like the idea na may malaking space sa labas ng gate for ur guests to park. i mean, if im that guest, so convenient that i can just park outside ur house while waiting for u to open the gate. hindi makakaabala sa ibang gumagamit ng road, though its a subdivision and i think its a common practise na pwde din naman mag park sa road mismo if maluwag. nice!!

I agree with Julia though, the living room is spacious enough to accommodate a dining table. If this is my home, because of the sliding window leading to the garden, i would've turned it into a dining room as well. Then the other room, probably a storage or maybe even another bedroom. 😊

this backyard walls remind me of my home in the Phils. so high, so tibay ginawang dingding ng kapitbahay. Private subdivision yon ng binili ng parents ko. Sa likod namin was a huge piece of land intended to be developed as a park inside the subdivision. Na bankrupt ang may-ari, hindi natapos ang subdv. nagkaroon ng maraming professional squatters at ayan na nga, cementong kural naging dingding ng kapitbahay na squatter. Professional squatter tawag namin dahil di naman sila dugyot na mga tao. nakapag patayo ng 2 storey concrete houses ... proper houses. Iyong iba, kahoy lang pero maayos yong mga bahay nila. Merong mga trabaho ang magpamilya. Nagoopisina sila.

If only they make the partition (between the sala and dining area) as sliding glass door it would be great and it also adds an illusion that the house is bigger than it seems. And if they want privacy, they can add curtains inside the dining (yung mga matataas). if they're done eating then they will just style the curtain sideways to add design.

Homogenous tiles are essentially porcelain tiles and cut, placed in sections, kaya nga tiles. Quartz is cut more similarly like granite they come in slabs. Very easy to tell granite, quartz and tiles IRL in my opinion. Btw the property next door in the corner is quite an eyesore. Many potential buyers would see this as a negative. I know I would. When buying a home the location as well as the surrounding properties are just as important as the property for sale. This is a decent property, but for the reasons mentioned above I believe it is way overpriced despite having a big lot. Sayang.

An IKEA Linnmon over any built in. Most built-ins have an awkward size, too thick table top to have any clamp. Even the heights for tables and cabinets that are built in lock you into a set layout. Would rather have something like an alex drawer than a drawer that runs across the bottom of the table
