The only thing I would change is to close the opening between the main living room and the upstairs hallway so that someone sleeping wouldn't be disturbed. The beds need to be sitting facing the door so the first thing you see are the beds and night stands on each side of the beds. You need flowers, you need to stick with cream or white walls, blue is not relaxing. White or cream colored walls will allow you to use any color of curtains. And for goodness sakes whats the exact address? And whats the price? And down payment? And your name & p.o. box and your phone?
