Let me jump in 😂 I could roll up with my suitcase, move in and not change a thing. I love pink so the banquette, art pieces and that bedroom had me already. Can we mention Jasmine's outfit and matching nails 💯🔥Kendra has a brilliant career ahead of her. Fabulous 2bdrm (turned office) apt with a balcony is a real find in NYC. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The number one killer for perfume is light, followed by heat and air. Best to store any expensive fragrance in the refrigerator. I learned this from my uncle who was in the perfume business in France. Get those perfumes off that dresser in the bedroom. The light from the window will kill the fragrance.

I store all my perfumes in the freezer and wrapped with aluminum foil as added protection. Since they contain alcohol, they do not freeze. I still have a bottle of Shalimar from 1998 and it still smells like the day I bought it. Also, if your fragrance is in a pour bottle and not spray, then get tiny gravel from a pet store and as you use the fragrance, put gravel in the bottle so the remaining fragrance rises to the top and eliminates the air in the bottle, Air is also a killer.

Her apartment looks amazing! I'm shocked it is a 400sq ft and especially a 2BR...looks a couple of hundred sq ft larger to me. I also like the concept of fully decorating and even doing small renovations, even if you're renting. I've seen so many people in NYC who didn't do this because they don't own the space, yet ended up staying in their apartment long-term as in 5, 10, 15+ years. Things like painting, doing peel & stick wallpaper, changing light fixtures, and even light switches can make a BIG difference. Plus, you can take some of it with you, if you ever move. I knew someone who installed that floating wood flooring that they found on clearance. It's easily removeable, and it totally changed their apartment's aesthetic.

I love the construction paper thing. Two of my coworkers share an apartment they're so proud of, but had a huge wall space to fill, so they did DIY art, to fill it, for now. I love the double curtain thing. I want to do it in my apartment. These girls are so cute. Faux flowers are better off Etsy than Amazon.
