Things are strange right now. The US dollar is becoming less valuable because of inflation, but it's getting stronger compared to other currencies and things like gold and property. People are turning to the dollar because they think it's safer. I'm worried about my retirement savings of about $420,000 losing value because of high inflation. Where else can we keep our money?

Due to my demanding job, I lack the time to thoroughly assess my investments and analyze individual stocks. Consequently, for the past seven years, I have enlisted the services of a fiduciary who actively manages my portfolio to adapt to the current market conditions. This strategy has allowed me to navigate the financial landscape successfully, making informed decisions on when to buy and sell. Perhaps you should consider a similar approach.

I’m in Ohio and the housing market here over the last 7-8 years is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Homes that were bought for $130K in 2015 are now being sold for $590k. I’m talking about tiny, disgusting, poorly built 950 square foot shit boxes in quiet mediocre neighbourhoods. Then you’ve got Better, average sized homes in nicer neighbourhoods that were $300K+ 10 years ago selling for $750k+ now. Wild times.

The economy is so far booming due to large scale borrowings and spending but one horrible day to come when everything to collapse
@kendreamer63766 ай бұрын
The borrowers spent that money it ain't coming back so the creditors ain't getting anything. And whatever was bought with FED funny money just consider that property stolen and it ain't coming back. People need land housing food water and children to live in this world and the cost for all these things has priced most people out of the economy.

Yes Peter, inflation is high. Every investor already knows that. Now guess where all that funny money is going to go. Hint: It ain't metal.
