Ehhh, I think it´s liteally impossible that Volon Therys and other cities are bigger than KL, that would mean that Volantis has like 3 million urban population in 4 cities all near each other, that would mean ridicolous population.

It is the largest Free City with lots of territory beyond its walls, almost a northern district of Valyria itself. The Red God's temple there is three times as large as the Great Sept of Baelor, the largest religious building in Westeros.

Its mostly guess work,there is no official map of all of the houses. Many houses have there domain more or less established. Those that don't,get the blank sports of the map.

You missed quite a few named Houses that aren't facing extinction or anything: Farring, Harte, Blount, Thorne etc. Was that because you didn't know the locations? Cos that makes the existing listed ones taking up lands in the image that are probably far too big...
