Sir, I Availed a home loan in SBi for 25 lacs, SBI without my consent they Paid a premium of 1 lac towards my 25 lac loan amount under RIN RASKHA Policy, and they are asking me Pay an EMI of 1200 for the same. Right now i have brought down my Outstanding loan amount to 14 Lacs thru Prepayment. if i close my loan in next 2 years thru prepayment, what will happen to the RI Raksha policy, will i get a refund of what i paid....Pls do let me know

If insurance is not there for father, Co applicants only has to pay the loan. This is the mistake most people do. For Banks, home is pledged. So they are safe. Only customers has to take Sufficient life cover.

@@skinfo360view9 don't expect any refund in insurance. Few home insurance policy provide negligible percentage as refund, if you close the loan sooner. Before taking the insurance, get all the details from them
