This is a video about baking bread without featuring a German Bread in it... That is a serious oversight! Germany is known for its many, many different regional bread varieties (over 300 different breads). There a lokal backeries all over Germany producing high qualitiy bread. Insider Food - if you do another bread video, you have to go to Germany for it!

France has some holes in their manners but I would imagine it is not easy to have a crew (even a small one) film you in your bakery and remember what needs to be said and done and where to stand etc etc and it was maybe just an oversight or accident (maybe they had to film that part more than once and he just forgot he hadn't handed her a piece this time ?)
