@@rogerw-interested Also depending on the state it really is a felony not to obey an officer if they ask you to do something like step out of your vehicle, get on the ground, put your hands up, get in front of their patrol vehicle for a pat down, etc :D you can go to jail for that.

Thank you Midwest You're the only channel that keeps me on the edge of my seat with your body can because you actually explain the entire narrative and I appreciate that. I know you must have to gather a lot of research and court documents. Schizophrenia is no reason to threaten your parents my brother was borderline schizophrenia and he's the sweetest guy you'd ever meet in your life. This guy was full of drugs and alcohol that's exactly what made him evil and I'm sure his family now have peace and they don't want to admit it because that would sound awful so I hope that is the case because what a terrible way to live everyday to feel threatened by your own child.

My uncle lived with us growing up and was a schizophrenic, but never said a mean word or raised his voice to anyone. The only way you’d know he’s was sick, would be when he had full on conversations with people not there. I would walk past his room and hear him laughing in there all by himself and I’d ask him who’s he talking to and he’d just say my friends. From what I’ve learned about the disease now, I think we were pretty lucky he was so chill. My mom always made sure he saw his doctor and took his medication which he never pushed back on, which might have made a difference. Rip Uncle George!

Exactly what I was thinking. If a cop fell and he hit the gas, that cop would have gotten life altering injuries if not died from them. It's why some place will view a car as a suspect being armed as "assault with a deadly weapon" if they use their car to try and attack someone.

And once again, the cop "blocks him in" and leaves a mile wide gap where he can just steer around the cop.
@theduder26177 ай бұрын
It's called Reverse. It is a gear pretty much all road worthy vehicles possess. The officer pulled up to the bumper. Only there was quite a bit of space between the suspect vehicle and the house behind said vehicle. Chevy Trax has a very small turning radius. He did not have to back up very far at all in order to steer around the police vehicle. The objective is to not damage a patrol unit unless there is imminent danger to life. At the moment the pursuit began, there was no imminent danger to life. Therefore the officer did not shove the vehicle into the building where the guy would not have been able to back up and flee.
