I ran boring mills much larger than this on. A Berthies make with a 12 ft Table with 2 tools to use as needed. Great memories. The total lack of safety seems to be a foreign concept to these folks. Hmmmm. 12 days there, 3 at home here in the land of Canuckian. How any sort of accuracy was obtained is beyond my comprehension eh. LOL.

Big job, the material is cast iron. The machining is a little easier than steel. Thank You for the video. People notice the lack of safety, the sandals are what really get my attention.

I would suggest they put the axle in nitrogen instead, doing it with the pulley makes it worse.

SOOOO many voids and defects in the iron. but you get what you pay for . this pulley probably cost 40 dollars american. in usa it would be 6 thousand.

12 days? 😂😂😂 well looking at the factory I'd say that was quick 😂 I've been all rpu d idndia, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq etc being that I was a military policeman for 15 years and retired major, I decided I wanted to travel India and Pakistan with a friend of .one who works for the world environment council. He tool me to the worst of the worst places that I can guarantee would make a person with the toughest stomach lose their lunch, they smell worse than death and believe me I have seen the worst of the worst. From bodies obliterated by suicide bombs, rotten corpses of extremists to rooms full of people that had been killed and left there for weeks and months. On a different note when you ask these men about safety wear like boots, they basically say that their god they pray too every morning will protect them. And if you were to buy them boots and gloves they would just sell them. So i hope that clears up that lingering issue. Would I recommend people going to India or Pakistan? Sure I guess so. If you like seeing poverty and pollution in the cities. There's some nice places but its usually the mountain regions where you have to be careful.
