We still can't model the exact interactions, but we know energy requirements are stupendos. After we figure out the math of how(if at all possible) we'd need either a Dyson swarm or giant orbital laser array. Now, I don't know if it's worth doing but since it involves an ORBITAL LASER TO MAKE EXPLODING BLACK HOLES...humans will try.

Humans know how to make black holes... it's just ho to power the thing, where to test it, and what to even do with it once we have success that are the issue. Afterall, to make a black hole we just have to add enough mass and energy to a single point untill the gravity of that point exceeds the escape velocity of light... it just... requires a lot of either or both to acheive, and since raw mass is out of the question as that would take far to long to gather much less compress somehow, energy (I.E. lasers) is how we'll do it. Hell, we've even designed and laser setup and worked out the math for the lasers power... it's just where and how do we get said power?
