Well, consistency and organisation are the key habits to embrace as James Clear suggests. Also loved his recollections of NBA locker room.

If you can only achieve the goal when you are in love with the habit, that narrows down what habits you can actually choose from.

Can you name such a habit that you couldn't fall in love with? I'm curious :)

@@PiaRxxxx sure, for example, you can’t be a writer if you hate the habit of daily writing .

@@michemiche1764 ah okay, yes I see, or at least the likelihood of being a consistent writer is lower when you don't enjoy the process. However, I see this as a challenge to design those habits in a way that I will enjoy them more. So for my understanding, it doesn't narrows down the habits to choose from but sets a more dominant focus on adjusting the "how" of the habit process (rather than seing it as a fixed circumstance and only focus on the goal). But I totally get what you're saying, thanks for answering me so quickly :)

He seemed a bit bored during this interview. Like, "ok, I will do this because I have to".

you dont always have to be comical or anitmated to assume hes bored. Being Peppy all. thetime is not everyones personality. lol Or usign the word OMG or Love several times in a conversation.

@@kaliplaya86 You seem to have made some assumptions about my parameters for evaluating this as "James Clear seemed a bit bored". My reference points are his other talks or presentations. Could also be that he is low on energy due to some other reason.
