When you export to 3ds format go to options and change the settings. If you use the textures provided by sketup, those textures will not be exported. Download the textures separately. Then add it to the material tab and use it.

hi, when i export from Zmodeler i cant import to blender because the .dff file is 0 Octet can you help me ?

Is the size of your dff zero? Otherwise, try dffing it again through zmodeler.
