@Umbramus It is almost already too late in the narrative, The issue with apology tour being so one sided is that Blitz realizes he wants/loves Stolas before Stolas improves, Blitz completly and totally blames himself for losing Stolas. It doesn't matter if Stolas apologizes or not, if he improves or not, Blitz already forgives him. So the pressure for Stolas to do better isn't there. Their relationship is in a low and Blitz is being lambasted for getting it there. They are going to find a middle ground probably by the end of Sinsmas, that's 3 episodes. If Blitz doesn't get to have his POV shown then we can assume it's water under a bridge as they build their relationship in the next season. There is such thing as too late. Do you think people are going to wait for episode 50 before Stolas gets called out on his behavior?

@@BeeRitual That's quite the exaggeration on when things will be resolved. I can understand being worried but I don't think it's as big as you're making it out to be. We're only about 35% done with the show and waiting a couple episodes isn't necessarily a huge deal. The real problem is the episode release structure. Episodes come out at holidays or when they're ready and it ends up feeling like everything is taking too long from the viewers perspective. It's a matter of hype that Steven Universe similarly had and people are dropping off because the wait doesn't feel justified sometimes. I don't work in the animation industry but maybe a release schedule similar to Hazbin would improve things? But anyway that doesn't mean it's actually too late.

@Umbramus I still think the writers coddle Stolas and actively write him to be more likable and sympathetic without actually acknowledging why people are so frustrated and annoyed with him. It feels like no one in the writing room can relate or understand Bltizs Pov the way they do Stolas, and since they relate more to Stolas they don't want him to face criticism or reprocautions cause they don't think he's wrong, that is how it comes off in writing, which is a sign of bad writing. And I say all this as a fan, I genuinely enjoy the show and the characters, the only issue is Stolas being woobified, like they cannot let their bias for Stolas go for the sake of the story.

I wouldn’t be too worried about Helluva Boss’s future. There have been some missteps, sure, but the show’s in good hands. Viv has said that Stolas is unaware of his actions, and he’s due for a reality check (possibly from Via judging by her line from the trailer). I think Apology Tour is one of the best episodes of the entire show, maybe even THE best. Blitzø deserves a party for those who love him after the one he just went to.

Great analysis and presentation! This episode ruined my sleep for about a week and triggered much (arguably too much) self-reflection. It hits even harder once I begin realizing the parallels between my past relationship and the show. None of these are bad things and show just how strong Apology Tour is as an episode. As someone who struggles with social interactions and reading other people while being outwardly polite and introverted, I relate to Stolas a lot. This episode cemented his place as my favorite character. That is not to say he is free from fault in the relationship. For me to claim otherwise would be extremely hypocritical and ignoring my own flaws and faults. Watching the show has made me see these flaws more clearly and attempt to correct them in the future. I am a bit nervous about the upcoming episode where Stolas gets his development. Because if it is as good as it needs to be it would not do great things to my emotional state and probably would hit me even harder than Aplogy Tour for worse or better.

I don't mean this shitty but a LOT of the people I see relating to Stolas defend him to the absolute death and excuse everything he did & could possibly do. It gets exhausting and honestly I do love him, those kinds of fans did more to damage my feelings toward the character than anything in the show. I'm happy to see someone that can love him AND reflect when they relate to him! I relate to Blitzø and don't feel the need to excuse his shitty moments, being downright cruel in Apology Tour when taking Stolas' hand in the morning fight to scream at him. 19:30 I think the self reflection for stolas could be added by being in a new relationship for a bit. Maybe during talk of ex's he defends some of Blitz's actions from his new partner who ofcs hates blitzo has they were at the party. Stolas hasn't learn how to be in a sucessful relationship yet and repeats the same actions causing similar issues in the breakup. Due to these hang up and conflicts they soon break up but now stolas has a new frame of referances to look at his previous relationship, accpet his own accountabilty at the same time.

Honestly? This episode was kinda what got me more into Stolitz as a ship. I always shipped it, but as the series progressed, I started to ask things like: ‘Why does Stolas even like Blitz?’ and various other things that made me wonder why I would even want to see them together. This episode and the others presented this thing: Blitz and Stolas don’t *know* each other. Not where it counts. And due to their piss-poor communication skills? They won’t. Not on their own. So, when they started to talk at the Anti-Blitzo party, I was genuinely invested because they were actually talking and getting to see each other in their true light. Stolas as a sad owl who strives for affection and someone to care, and Blitz has an imp who hates himself so much that he thinks he’s unlovable and is far too afraid to go after the one he genuinely cares for. As for HB’s future? I am cautiously optimistic. They REALLY need to give Stolas the blame as well. BOTH of them are at fault here, not just one. That really needs to be acknowledged. And it is scary to think that this groundbreaking part of their relationship might be handled in a way that’s either bad or just okay. I’ll honestly still watch even if it does (I’ve honestly become too attached to stop now) but I still really do hope that they nail it or at the very least try their best with it. It’s obviously not gonna be perfect or live to everyone’s headcanons or expectations, but let’s hope it is still good. I’m pretty dang confident, but I am preparing for the bumps in the road.

The execution is flawed, and the buildup is underwhelming this is true. However, that's what life is flawed and underwhelming. Stolas and Blitz are two men who're doing their best in a world where you can easily do a hell of a lot worse. Just the 'I hate Blitzo party' is proof enough. That being said, all the villains IMP have faced are starting to hit a breaking point. Crimson, Stryker, even Barbie Wire, and the next episode will certainly involve Adraophis. As such, the villains being used as background accessories is the point. IMP is so wrapped up in their little world that they have forgotten about the outside world.

Feels like we've completely lost what made the show fun, alluring, and amazing at the same time. It's a full 360 that many just did not sign up for and it's being dragged out. while the shippers are swooning and cheering on for their own various sides, the lore of the world remains on the backseat and the main plotpoint for the show as a whole is shoved aside violently to follow this little side story which takes the spotlight. The last few episodes barely even when into the company as a whole which is the entire reason many watch this show. Elements like their comedic value, shock value, and cartoonish delights are left out to dry as we heavily double down on a few traits of the show rather than focusing on its main strengths. not saying romance and drama aren't a valid method to tell a story here, but at one point we need to acknowledge that it's too much and how it derails the show to where it's starting to lose its identity as a trip through hell which takes a long detour into a personal relationship that was Fed from the beginning. Yeah....people aren't going to forget that their relationship was built upon bargaining, blackmail, abuse, and personal greed. So many of us aren't buying it because even Stolas took part in this dark game in his own heinous ways. So while many of you view him as an angel. I won't forget that he is a dark lord with immense power that did play his social and power cards to keep I.M.P. in check multiple times. Hell Stolas literally literally did things on purpose to annoy Blitz. Wether he thinks it's adorable or not is still wrong and evident of a sexual predator's behavior. Stolas is no way in the right here, but neither is Blitz. And that DYNAMIC made their relationship entertaining and not as distracting as it is now. why was it entertaining? Well first off many can relate and having nothing but positive lovey dovey vibes gets boring real quickly. Add in a bit of spice where it shows these lovebirds bickering, yet in the end still coming together in mutual agreement is such a breath of fresh air because the audience can relate with their own relationships, because there's no such thing as a perfect relationship and there never will be. It is hell after all and if it never depicts the suffering of souls then it wouldn't be hell now would it?

I will say, some of the issues with set up and pay off will likely be fixed when the show is finished. Kinda like Steven Universe before it. Also, we're only part way through season 2 and not even halfway through the show! The show has four seasons, let's calm down and not jump to extremes. ^-^` Additionally, I'm on the grounds of seeing both being at fault. Both messed up, Blitz got the punch here and Stolas will get the punch later. If they had done both in this episode, it would have buggered the pacing. We still have two and a third seasons left to go, so I don't think it's too late. Also, Octavia clearly still has issues with her father if what the trailer had her saying is any indicator. Stolas is definitely getting put through it, and I want that to happen. X3 Also, it's possible that Stolas is both drinking and off his meds during all this, which paired with V goading him on to blame everything on Blitz, I suspect that after the liquid goes and he gets back on his meds, he'll have a clearer head to think with. He's at fault, he knows it, he simply needs to say to the one person who needs to hear it. Blitz.

I really hate the way they write Stolas, I loved appology tour and happy Blitz learned a lesson he needed to learn, but I hate that it was focused on Stolas and not the people he hurt at no (or less) fault of their own. Stolas didn't belong at the party, Verosika shouldn't feel sorry for him, he is a wolf amoung sheep because Stolas fumbled and mistreated Blitz, Blitz is far more his victim than the other way around. Its convenient none of the side characters who support Stolas (Fizz or Ver) ever hear about the less then consensual "deal" he put Blitz into, or the racism/classism Stolas is guilty of. Blitzs diolge is written intentionally to not hurt Stolas rep too much, racism, classism, using his power to get sex from someone of lower class? Yeah Blitz can't tell Verosika or Fizz THATS what happened or throw that into Stolas face in any meaningful way that makes Stolas look like the bad guy (that he is) Meanwhile stuff that isn't Blitz fault gets pinned on him, he didn't tell Stolas about Striker? What a bastard! Stolas is rightfully shocked and mad-- wait in season 1 episode 2 Stolas knew everyone wanted him dead, and Stella ordered the hit infront of Stolas.. and Stolas fetishises being rescued by his knight so it makes sense Blitz wouldn't take Stolas being in danger seriously. The gaslighting done to make us sympathize for Stolas is so worrying, every time he's on screen it's just manipulative writing turned up to 100, he's always crying, singing a beautiful song, having other characters affirm his "good guy" status and Blitz "asshole" status treatment of Blitz vs Stolas is just horrible. And if they fumble Stolas appology, punishment and reflection I will never like him. He's done so much bad he could be perfect every episode moving forward but his season 1 behavior will always sit with me. Also, his drama with Via coming to a head is NOT a stand in for the deal, the racism/classism. Plus, we all know Via is going to be portrayed as misguided and manipulated by Stella and Andy, so really it's just more of a pity party Stolas, he's so well intentioned and nothing is really his fault the world is just so cruel to him. I could go on, but basically Stolas is written terribly, I wish the Stolitz stuff would just be over so we could focus on actual good characters and stop blaming Blitz for not romanticizing being Weinsteind by a nepo baby

Season 1 Stolas isn't even recognizable to season 2 and instead, season 2 just wants to reinterpret and re-contextualiz what hes done as innocent, naive miscommunication that wasn't his fault, his attempts fix things are all off screen or just said outloud, as if they forgot to write him actually being better so they Tell us, they don't show us.

@@BeeRitual Just because people want more context shoved in their faces doesn't mean it's poorly written. Why does he need to be more recognizable? I get some people would have preferred his character changes happen gradually, but the explanation for why he changed is pretty clear - a 180 isn't a problem in and of itself. Why does everything need to be shown in such a blatant format? I'm not saying they couldn't include more screentime showing us more, but it's still pretty clear what he was trying to do. Would it really make him a better character if he did know what he was doing? That would make him more of a villain. The route of him being socially inept and not understanding how relationships work is far more relatable/likeable to audiences than if he did it on purpose. @megankissinger8269 writing 101 is "Show don't tell" They don't show us Stolas being a good person they just have other characters insist it. If someone is a good person it doesn't have to be said, but hes not, they wrote him to be a monster taking advantage of the lower class and now they're backtracking because his behavior is inexcusable even if he's socially inept. I believe his behavior is unintentional, but that's no excuse and the show itself is chewing Blitz out for his behavior, which is deserved, but giving Stolas a pass, when Stolas is by far the worse of the two! My issue isn't that I want Stolas to be a villian, I want Stolas to face the music, to realize HE created the deal and belittled Blitz. The writers coddle and baby Stolas while Blitz is humiliated and chewed out, as he should be, But it shouldn't JUST be him. If they're going to be end game all the faults cannot just be on Blitz.

@@BeeRitual "Show don't tell" takes up more time, whereas "tell don't show" does not. Perhaps they wanted to show more, but felt it was more crucial for other things instead. "Tell don't show" is more convenient when you have limited episode time/budget - as an indie project, there are limits. I think there's enough evidence to show that he's made the (problematic) efforts to improve that it doesn't bother everyone. We don't need every single thing to be shown - it's a matter of preference. If his behavior didn't have a softer explanation, then he'd be unwatchable. Many fans could not possibly have kept watching him if there was never a more reasonable explanation for his behavior. They decided to make him a love interest during the writing of episode 2 (Viv confirmed this.) I've always seen his behavior throughout season 1 as a progression. The sexual fixation is still there, but you can see romantic hints and genuine concern for Blitz, too. His demeanor makes it questionable, but you can tell he's catching feelings. It's not as much of a 180 for me. There are three episodes left in this season alone. I'm not saying they need beyond this season to address anything, but people are convincing themselves that there is no chance of anything being addressed. Mastermind or Sinsmas could quite easily address it. It's odd to ignore that his behavior isn't intentional, or the belief that because an arc hasn't started yet, it's never going to. Now going forward, every single thing he or Blitz does will be nitpicked solely for the purpose of complaining and nothing more. Why not let the actual arcs start first, then see what happens?

I didn’t know much about the series other then the two shows (hazbin hotel and helluva boss) The meme where (blank if it was written by vivziepop) got REALLY mind numbing because it’s just like one or two jokes (swearing and sex jokes!) And it made me leave twitter for how annoyed I was! I also wanna point out that the people criticizing her shows because of swearing and sex jokes have problems with it but has NO PROBLEM with R rated movies doing the same thing! But when hazbin hotel was on Amazon I decided to watch it (While I was waiting for my favorite show the boys!) and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the show! Communication is what they both were incredibly awful at. Stolas needs to let his "Prince" habits stop if he wanted to make Blitz comfortable, no teasing, no hypersexual remarks (even though Blitz is just as bad and I personally think Stolas is this way BECAUSE of Blitz, he said sexual things just as much, if not, worse than Stolas did, he only does it because he thought they were this open and comfortable with each other that this was how they would remain happy. Why do you think Stolas was taking hits and jabs everytime Striker tried to inflict pain from him, it's cause he still thinks Blitz is just better than anyone overall. It would make sense if all the ones Blitz managed to lay, misunderstood that Blitz is hypersexual as a defence mechanism against real relationships and thus leaving them confused and hurt with how Blitz avoids them everytime they question him). Another thing Stolas needs to work on is his communication with Via who is also a victim of negligence, it's almost funny Stolas got this sort of treatment from his family only to unintentionally do the same to Via. Meanwhile Loona pushes Blitz away so much she even hurts him verbally and physically. Blitz seems to dive into this relationship with Loona in which although she says she loves him she exploits out of him, being a full grown adult now, she not only lashes out at Blitz when she doesn't get things her way, even with Beelzebub and Tex. When she realised she didn't stand a chance against Bee she lost hope and decided to want to leave, avoiding other people she could talk to, it's only when someone she's POTENTIALLY interested that she decides to change her mind and allow her dad to get drunk in a party full of drunk demons. What's worse is fhat she exploited her dad into going against Beelzebub just to feel like she was someone important through Blitzo's success at beating Bee. And then when Bee confronts her about the very unhealthy behavior her dad was committing himself to do, she lashes at her instead of listening to her for having concern over someone who is a complete stranger to her. Loona only backed down when she saw it upset Tex, meaning Loona doesn't actually care for other people, only the ones who she thinks are of personal interest to her. It's the same mentality as Blitzo with Stolas, he wants to feel validated in something he's earned his way in. And that's why I choose Stolas more than I choose Blitz, because unlike Blitz, Stolas has an idea of what love may be. Personally I prefer to side with Stolas on this because Blitz has just felt very one sided, one moment he acts like he likes it then doesn't. Stolas seems to read cues but he doesn't really know when Blitz truly means something, especially when they're having their "transactions" It's as if we have completely forgotten Blitz isn't also being open with Stolas about the REAL reason he came back to him when they officially began sleeping with each other, it was the book. I'm surprised we got the confession about the assassination but not the one where Blitz just confesses he wasn't interested in Stolas but just having business with the book. Which mind you again. This is on Blitzo, he could've approached him any other way, even as friends I would 100% believe these two would've been partners in crime. It's no wonder Stolas has been hypersexual it's what he thought was the way of showing attraction to Blitz Specifically, since he himself said "we don't do words, we do sex". I don't see them together anytime soon and I hope we see more of Stolas's family than Blitzo, cause I wanna see who is in charge, the real intentions of Andrealphus and wanting ownership of Stolas's stuff. Is he out for his book? Where is the story going with the goetia family?

WARNING: POLITE RANT ABOUT THE STATE OF HB AHEAD. PROCEED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. Helluva Boss is the definition of a mixed bag. One episode can be great, the next awful, the next flawed with redeemable qualities, and the next can rely so much on how you interpret the actions of the characters. This episode is either unbearable or interesting, depending on whether or not you think that Stolas is supposed to be in the wrong (which, despite how the episode can make it look like the opposite, was confirmed by the writers to be the case). While there is many good moments that came from the change, I still think that the choice to go from a quirky dark comedy about assassins to a show about relationship drama between an ex-carney and a gay prince was a bad move overall. The shorts have been great and funny because they actually follow the premise and are forced to go at a fast pace. This episode is good, but I am really hoping that the writers will focus more on, ya know, DOING HITS ON HUMANS and take a break from the Stolitz drama. Also, heard about the leaks, hope Octavia finds someone who actually cares about her for more than one episode a season. Maybe should could get a job at I.M.P.? The crew, especially Loona, treat her better than her dad (who didn't even want her) does, although working with the guy who accidentally tore your family apart might be awkward.

Since season one I crave for that angst where the characters bare their feelings on the table, just now, after years, I have that in the form of Apology tour. Thoughts on if the trailer scene with Blitzø holding Stolas and bearing a sword is possibly a romantic imagination sequence? That, or some kind of "You get what you wish for/ learn to walk in someone's shoes" curse? Notice how Stolas is both very smol, and he also has the grey streak in his hair, which he only has when he's dolled up to look nice for Blitzø. I feel like Stolas is going to learn the hard way that its tough being small and mortal in Hell, and come to appreciate what tough stuff Blitzø is really made of. Maybe his Goetia powers will be forefitted to Octavia or one of the other Big Birds because he violated some royal bullshit? Maybe lending out the Grimoire will catch up to him?

**Squee!!!** Thank you for reviewing the latest episode!!! So, where do I start? I’m more sympathetic towards Stolas in this whole thing because Blitzø sought him out and ended up seducing him due to wanting to steal the Grimoire and get to Earth. He played off of Stolas’ mistaking what he thought was a “reunion with his only friend” for what it really was: a con. Stolas is NOT blameless in this sh*t-show, not at all, but I’m gonna sympathise with him more solely because Blitzø used his affections for his own gain. Also I can see how Stolas in a lot of ways had it easier: he is a Prince, born into a priviliged life where he would never have to worry how to make a living. Actually the only three hardships I can see he went through is his father didn’t really love _him,_ so he forced Stolas into an arranged marriage with Stella (I’ll count everything involving her as the second big thing) while also genuinely loving his daughter but feeling guilty he can’t tell her the truth of the situation (the marriage was arranged with the sole intention of producing Octavia, no love was involved in either side as far as we’re aware (all we’ve seen from Stella is either bemused indifference or raging anger) and his mutually messy relationship with Blitzø. As much as I wish it could be otherwise they *both* need to do self-reflecting, Blitzø has already started down that path, hopefully Stolas will do the same. I get that this is very much a twisted version of the Prince and the Pauper, Stolas’s struggles haven’t been as emotionally or physically devastating by comparison (though I can’t help feel sad for him being forced to marry someone who hated him solely for the sake of producing an heir), Blitzø suffered greatly without the comfort of knowing his loved ones (Tilla and Barbie) would be provided for, his crush was leaving, his father considered him a failure and this was all before the fire that ruined their lives. Blitzø has literally walked barefoot through hellfire, I hope he finds happiness somehow regardless of his relationship (or lack thereof) with Stolas. Do I want them together? Yes. Do think they should be together *right now?* No. There’s still more path-finding to do for both of them (I’m hoping Stolas’s journey is next due to the trailer with Andrelphus and Vassago) Lastly I think Octavia is going to play a pivotal part in the coming events. Going back to the LooLoo Land and Seeing Stars episodes it sounds like she genuinely loves both her parents but is also unaware of the whole story, ie they were arranged to be married and have no real love for each other. So I can easily see her viewing Stolas’s actions as a betrayal against her mother and her by extension (we know she’s a terrible wife but we still have no clue what kind of mother Stella is to Octavia, is she loving to her child or dismissive of her?), these monthly releases are great but the waiting in-between is brutal! I personaly want an episode where Stolas is witnessing other nobles trating imp badly but mainly sacarticaly. Like, just like him, using belittling "pet names" towards imps servants or passerby and Stolas thinking it genuine, just to be proven wrong right after with the nobles openly saying it's was sarcastic and more insulting not at all complimenting. I want him to compare his past behavior to other nobles' behavior, miriring the 2 and questioning himself while finaly figuring out why Blitz hated the way he was acting, even if it was genuinely out of love. Then I want Stolas to change the way he treat his imp servant and stop creating more work for him. Like, dude, that imp seems to be the only servant left in that huge palace, compared to the "still not divorced" party, when Stella was still around. THEN, we see him either initiating a meet up with Blitz to apologize or they meet by chance while Blitz was giving shit to another hell born, not necessarily a noble, who was belitteling him or harrassing another imp and Stolas, after witnessing that scene, comes to Blitz to talk and apologize. And MAYBE, this will be where we hear about the theorised other noble who broke Blitz heart and see him explain why he has trust issue with love and relationship. I REALY don't want them to be a couple at the end of this season but somewhere in the second half of the next season and just be friend at the end of season 2. Be cool with each other and starting from zero to build up a new and more... meaningful? genuine? legit? idk... relationship. I realy hope that will be the episode where we see Via's line which was in the trailer and maybe see Vesago talk to Stolas who gives him some reality check about imps place in their society and how they are treated and how Stolas is supposed/expected to that them and how he actualy did so almost all his life. I want Stolas to have a mental breakdown and second guessing his own feelings but pushing through it with new understandings of... everything, himself, Blitz and everyone else, how even the M&Ms had treated him in the past. I am still optimistic but it's desperately and I am on edge! But, as a writer myself, I know it can be very difficult to conveiy what you want to convey and I have a dreadful hint that MAYBE, Stolas' classist/speciest past behavior was an accident. And Stella is what is supporting that though. I guessed that the crew wanted her to be seen as a mean b!tch from the start but when they saw people defending her with reasonable arguments, they panicked and made her even more despicable in the flashback to be extra clear about how they wanted to portray her. And the thought that MAYBE they didn't plan Stolas to be seen as flawed as we see it is living in my head ent free. BUT, the little comment in the desciption of the episode about Stolas not being self aware yet in giving me hope. Even if they don't manage to do it "well" or "perfectly", as long as they try, I will be satisfied. Thanks for reading.

Yes yes yes I really DO hope Stolas has to face that he made mistakes too. It doesn’t matter how big or small or how impactful they are, but they HAPPENED. At this point S1 might as well not exist when it comes to Blitzø and Stolas, because Stolas just doesn’t understand…. BUT, this all doesn’t matter, because the episodes already exist (nearly?) in entirety and Viv was talking about being halfway into S3 production-wise. I don’t know how independent animation production works, but it makes sense to have a buffer because animation is a lengthy process. Personally the reason vivs shows grab me so hard is (ironically) how human her characters are. I'm..... Very afraid. I'm sorry, I wanna believe that the writers will stick the landing, but I just don't think that's where this is going. [Possible spoilers ahead] There's that line from Octavia, yes, but looking at the version showed a while back at a con (I forget which one). There's a scene that depicts Stella straight up manipulating Octavia. It looks like the possible route the story is taking will have Octavia lwaving because she gets tricked by Stella, not because of Stolas' actions. I really loved this episode. Sassy drunk Stolas was great, Blitz having to face the consequences of his actions was great and exploring their emotions was great. I really wanna see where their relationship goes.

i frankly was stunned by apology tour, the charachter growth was great, and i hope blitz will understand how to work better around stolas also i do agree, verosika seems pretty tight. idk about partnership, but definately a good friend

Also I feel the differing contrast of striker is partly because the change in VAs. Ah I miss normen he was so cool to hear voicing him. It just feels like a different character now in my opinion.

If I'm going to be honest, I want Blitz to be the only one who has moved on and with a new love interest, while Stolas, even though he is with the Better than Blitzo guy, still pining for Blitz and is seething with raging jealousy as he sees Blitz with someone better than him because she's got the Blitz that he wanted. And that someone is Emily from Hazbin Hotel. Yes, I'm starting a new ship and its name is Emitz.

what are you on about? they've all had eps of their own, for FUCK'S SAKE! how many episodes do you think they need each? it was obvious long ago that the story is about Blitz and Stolas, in between giving the other characters some time to present as part of the whole deal.

@@UltimateGamerCC No it wasn’t… Stolas was literally meant to be an antagonist until after the pilot, and Millie’s ‘episode’ was heavily shared with Moxxie’s insecurity plot line that’s been done multiple times and Blitz’s admittedly more interesting plot line of finding his sister which should’ve gotten it’s own episode, and most of Moxxie’s episodes centered around him being insecure and having to be strong, Loona’s got more story focus but only one episode and then just side plots, the only characters that have full episodes to themselves with no big side plots in the main cast are Blitz who is THE main character, Moxxie who usually has development reverse the next episode he gets to himself, Stolas who even though he’s great was meant to be a villain, and Loona who has one episode with small side-plots. Millie still has basically a third of an episode, and it came out in season 2, I think most if not all your main cast deserve one by season 1, with his small Helluva’s cast was they really could’ve fit a Millie episode early and not halfway into season 2. Even Hazbin has done this the only main cast character with no full episode in that show is Nifty but she’s definitely more supporting to the plot than actually contributing to it.

@@UltimateGamerCC Also as much as I love supporting wife Millie I want to know more of who Millie is outside of fucking invader zim, even the they released wasn’t enough to soften the blow of season 2 nearing it’s end and Millie has 1/3rd of an episode where they decided to put one of the more interesting ideas in there that everyone ignored the other 2.

The truth is I kinda expected this too happen while Blitz might have been a better choice for Stella he’s not partner material at all and the number of exs and One time flings really shows how bad how Blitz goofed up hopefully Stolas gets his wake up call sooner since he isn’t amazing either granted not saying Blitz was betetr but still

the cherub + dhorks addition could’ve been great given what we’ve been shown from truth seekers (like that one mention of their government being aware of demons and their involvement in the human world) if it were in another episode, preferably in later seasons because of how stolitz is the main focus here because it’s a great way to build up on character interactions and a way to get some helluvaverse lore. hell barbie wire and Octavia can even interact or something in a short because they’re similar in ways that they are some of the people affected by the self destructive tendencies of stolitz or something 😭 it’s tiring trying to look for some room for stolas to be held accountable in future episodes when it seems like blitzø is the only one being called out

sorry, it just isnt gonna work out that way, they are both damaged and meant for each other, just in different ways which is why neither can see the whole picture.
