@@zanelemanqele844Long hair (and curly hair) has to be treated differently than shorter hair. I don't use shampoo...the stuff seriously weakens & breaks the wet hair. I go through 2 doses of conditioner when I wash my hair once a week. Other times, just a run under water (especially rain water or rice water) does well. Our grandmothers with long, beautiful hair knew how to grow it. I also wouldn't comb wet hair, which is more fragile and prone to breakage. Finger comb hair when it is dry. Just doing these techniques can help with hair growth.

@@lorysutherland5464 Yes, you can. However, it should be used AFTER YOU HAVE RINSED OUT YOUR DYE PRODUCT, AND CONDITIIONED YOUR HAIR PER DYE MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS. After that, ACV will make your hair shinier, healthier (ph is good for hair), and it will make short work of any residual product that your hair hasn't absorbed by then. Meaning, your hair will definitely be clean and healthy. Now, this will not deal with the thinning problem you are having. I suggest Biotin shampoo and condition and try a supplement that includes biotin and B vitamins. Good luck.

I've been spritzing my hair with apple cider vinegar for many years. I have blonde and curly hair. I do not dilute it though, I'm wet enough not to do it. I've noticed that it helps very much when water is hard, when I visit my mom her water is very hard and I feel my hair being soft immediately compare not to do it. Everytime I visit my mom I make sure to get some ACV. I also spritz all my body, and particularly my armpits. Just beware that you need to get used to the smell. If it bothers you, make sure to ventilate the room. It doesn't bother me. I rub my skin and scrunch my hair and while letting the ACV "sit" I dry my shower, than I'm ready to use my towel to dry. I also use ACV on my mouth when I have some allergic reactions or soarness in my mouth. Beware of the acidity for your teeth though. It is best for your teeth to use the ACV diluted, I don't but I rinse my mouth with water thoroughly. I feel it works almost instantly. Wow, from hair, to skin, and mouth. Oh, one more user, every morning the first thing I drink is a glass of water with a little bit of ACV. It seems I can't live without it 😂

I do this and my hair is so shiny and full of volume I mix rose water with a little bit of apple cider the rose water is really high in vitamins for hair and it helps with the cider smell . I spray this all over my hair and run a tiny bit of organic olive oil to lock the wetness of the rose water and apple cider then I wash my hair the next day .

I do this in the shower a few times a week. I have been doing this for quite some time, probably a year or longer now. I keep a bottle of apple cider vinegar under my bathroom sink! 😄 It really does work. I use a little measuring cup in my shower and put about 1/4 cup of vinegar and fill the rest with water. After washing my hair I pour it over my scalp and massage in. I then rinse with cold water, that also adds to the shine. I make my own rosemary shampoo which also helps with hair growth and strength! Thank you Dr. Mandell!! ❤️

@leannshort2211 Жыл бұрын
@@its_ebony Sure! To make Rosemary water: A big handful or two of fresh Rosemary sprigs to cover the bottom of a crock pot. I’m sure you could use a regular pot on the stove top too. Completely cover the rosemary, 6-8 cups of water. Cook on low for 4 hours. The water will turn a yellowish/green. Strain out the Rosemary. I use a silicone muffin pan and pour the Rosemary water in each muffin tin and then freeze. I then pop them out after they’re frozen and store in a ziplock bag in the freezer. Each muffin cup in the pan is 1/4 cup. I also use Coconut milk in the shampoo, just makes it a little creamier. But it’s optional. Open a can of coconut milk and strain it through a fine mesh with a cheese cloth laid over that to catch any fine particle. You could freeze the coconut milk in ice cube trays or at least in 1 Tbs measurements. To make the shampoo: You will need an empty foaming hand soap bottle. It needs to be foaming. 1/4 cup Castile soap (I like the Peppermint scented and it makes your scalp tingle a little) 1/4 cup of Rosemary water 1 Tbs Coconut milk(optional) 1 tsp. Jojoba or Olive oil( If you have oily hair you can leave it out and see how you like it. Tea tree and Rosemary essential oil (5 drops each) Optiphen Plus(all natural preservative) Directions: On low, heat the 1/4 cup of frozen Rosemary water and the 1 Tbs. of Coconut milk just till melted. In a measuring cup add 1/4 cup of Castile soap along with remaining ingredients. Stir or whisk to combine and then store in a glass jar. Refill your foaming dispenser as needed. This really does foam a lot and I find that I don’t need but a few pumps to wash my whole head, and I have a lot of hair! This amount will last for about 1 month, or longer depending how much you use. You do not need the Optiphen Plus preservative if you don’t add the coconut milk. Hope you try it!! I’ll never go back to store bought! 😍

In cosmetology school we learned that vinegar as a rinse actually lays down the cuticle of the hair shaft, which is what makes it shine. Most cream rinses will blow up the hair shaft further raising the cuticle which makes the hair break. Glad to see this video.

You are something special. I believe God has you on earth to serve your fellow man. You may have been taken advantage of by some people cause you go out of your way for people who are users but your blessings come from the things you did for them but not from them. If you're asked how can you show them how to fish so they won't have to ask or need they will know themselves once someone will mentor them on the things they want to do. Some people want better but don't know how to go about doing it that's why some will spend dollar for dollar cause they don't know where to turn to get guided on the plan they have to keep them independent.
