Eye opener episode ...I wish I would have seen this 15 years back. Cover project Lotus Arena opposite Platinum Tower, Reliance Fresh Wadgaon Sheri. This project built in 2012 and due to incomplete construction and owners apathy towards managing property has become haunted building, garbage dumping ground with drunk people sitting at night. Its best example of "wrong investment " you can cover it as leasson for all your viewers and how not to make wrong decision and lifetime earning loss with bank loan.

True. In Mumbai and Pune especially, the builders take away all your future profits by selling at overinflated and unjustifiable prices. Problem is the demand is so high no one tried to negotiate for the right price

Corruption and high rise in construction material increasing overall cost of flat...dont buy flat if u r going to be overburdened by EMI. But if u have money n job security to pay EMI dont wait. Buy ready possession or 80% completed flats only. Flat investment will give u return after 10 years

अगर मेरे अग्रिमेंट रजिस्ट्रेशन में पझेशन तारीख अगष्ट 2021 है, और उसकी बिचमें Covid-19 का इश्शू आ गया, तो इस विषय अनुसार पझेशन तारीख 1 सालतक बढा दिया( अगष्ट 2022 ), हमें पझेशन नहीं मिला,. अभी सामने ये बात आती है की, महारेरा से पझेशन तारीख अगष्ट २०२३ तक बढा दी गयी है, याने के, डेव्हलपर को, अगष्ट 2023 तक 'प्रोजेक्ट एक्स्टेन्शन मिला है इसी बिच. डेव्हलपर को 4 माला और ( उसी बिल्डिंग के ऊपर), बढानेकी PMRD के तरफसे परमिशन मिली है, हमे ये शंका है की, अगष्ट 2023 तक प्रोजेक्ट पुरा नहीं होने वाला है, इसी बिचमे डेव्हलपर, फ्लॅट खरिदार के ओरसे ' Consent' लेटर साईन करने के लिये प्रयत्न कर रहा है.. हमें इसी विषय के बारेमे गाईड लाईन दीजीए. हम लोग वेट कर रहे है.

That's why u have to buy ready possession flats or where 80% work is completed. Now in ur case U cant do anything. Builder will complete additional 4 floors and will give u possession whenever he wants. Even if u hire lawyer the case will take years to settle. Courts take more time to settle matter than builders😜😁🤩😀😄🤣😃
