You mentioned Corey singing. What blew me away was when I saw them close Ozzfest Japan in 2013, (Yes I was in Japan at the show). and the next afternoon with Stone Sour. I was hung over as fuck, and getting energized, and he switched it up less than 12 hours later with even more energy.

The vast majority of Metal bands will be awesome live. All preformists, the crowd going crazy, the licks of the guitar smashing through your body. But Slipknot, well... Slipknot are a different being live. Truly sublime.

I went to this concert and your expectations for this bands energy they bring out in a crowd are most likely right. Corey is very great at getting the crowd pumped and this festival had a LOT of class metal acts. The best part about this festival is Slipknot played both nights in a row and played songs at that point hadn’t been played live in many years, one of them being Three Nil. One of my favorite songs they did after Iowa tour. They won’t be as brutal as the Iowa tour but fuck my life do they still put on a great show. Worth every penny spent

I’ve seen Slipknot live twice . First show was the Last Stand tour with Motionless In White, Bullet For My Valentine and Lamb of God & let me just say that show was insane , I had a great time and it was my first real metal show. It was then that I knew I found my home and my people. Second show was Aftershock festival 2019 , an amazing lineup and our bois in Slipknot killed it . It felt amazing to get to see them again after a while . And lastly anyone who hasn’t seen them , when shows start again go , I highly recommend them. You’re gonna have a great time. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🖤✨

I have seen Slipknot over a dozen times now. I saw then 5 times in 1 years in 5 different states. Slipknot live is like watching the end of the world live on stage. There is no other way to describe it. I've also seen Corey Taylor's other band Stone Sour. He is 2 completely different people. With Stone Sour he's like "Hey, come party with us." In Slipknot, he demands your complete attention and you are helpless but to give it to him. In over 400 shows in my life, Slipknot is the best live band I've ever seen.

I saw them for about the 9th time back in Edmonton Alberta Canada. They played a place called the Shaw Conference Center. It made no Sense because they were huge at that time. That crowd was INSANE and they stopped the show to tell us to quite down because they couldn’t hear themselves on stage. It was LOUD!!!!

This band gets better and better live every time I see them. I will never forget the first show I saw them at. I saw Mick come over right where I was on the front row and stared at us. Keep in mind this is a big freaking guy with massive shoulders. It was intimidating honestly lol. I loved it but good God that freaked me the fuck out. Im used to him now but that first time with the mask he has...damn son.

I been going to knot shows since the late 90s seen them live over 30 times twice at the end of 2019 and it never gets old and by far one of my all time favorite live bands next to Korn and the mosh pits are insane and fun as hell especially spit it out.

Blew them off the first I heard of them in the 90’s because they were from Iowa. No one thought “HARD ROCK” from Iowa. After their first couple times touring through my home state of Minnesota and hearing their songs on the radio I was hooked, been a fan ever since.

It’s a special moment in life seeing slipknot live, I seen them as backup for Metallica in the RDS arena in Dublin, Ireland. What an experience. I’ve seen Metallica three times, but seeing slipknot is something special to behold.

I'm not the hugest Slipknot fan but this is by far my favorite song of theirs. I also saw them a couple years ago on the ozzfest meets knot fest tour and it was the anniversary of the album Iowa and they played the full album and they sounded fucking AMAZING! One of the best live shows I've ever seen. I have mad respect for them even if I don't like a lot of their music. Great reaction, man! Keep 'em coming!

Just tossing this out there; if you wanna see what Slipknot looked like at a show during their heyday, look up some older concert video, like from 2001-2002, when they toured for the release of the Iowa album. Their onstage presence was FAR more lively back then (but of course, you gotta figure they were a hell of a lot younger back then).
