I realized this too early, worked in Delhi NCR for 2.5 years. The way I was overworked and not paid accordingly, I realized that moving to my hometown and doing something for my own was the right decision, in fact best decision I ever made. Yeh baat clearly dikhati hai ki management apne convenience ke liye policies aur shifts badal raha hai, bina employees ki health aur preference ko priority diye. Pehle health ka reason dekar 2:00 am to 11:00 pm shift dena aur ab sabko 5:30 pm shift mein lane ka decision lena contradictory lagta hai. Yahan ek advantage hai ki TL leave approve kar deti hai agar tabiyat kharab ho, par yeh bhi zaroori hai ki har employee ke health aur personal circumstances ko samjha jaye. Dusre process mein move karne ki dhamki unfair lagti hai, kyunki yeh zabardasti aur employees ke options ko limit karne jaisa hai. Management ko ek balanced approach adopt karni chahiye jo employees aur company, dono ke liye better ho.

Firstly you should focus on your career and income to take care of yourself and family. The people you are fighting for will be replaced by others who would be ready to work at lower salary. Sounds bad but that's the truth. The fight has just started and you might experience things you are not prepared for. Think it this way you are directly involved now so you have to represent strong proofs in public and don't rely on court it might not work as per your plan.

My brothers are in different company in Gurgaon and Delhi they are satisfied with their job they earn 1 lakh per month.. one is in Physics wallah as a product manager other is in textile in Aditya Birla and the journey was not always smooth ....jaha se woh start kiye the unke salary 8000 the or 30000 bohot hee saal baad unhe ache company mili jaha work environment ache hai or salary bhi achi dete so you have to mentally strong, focus sahi hona chahiye ki Jana kaha hai, jab start kiye the woh log tab 25-27 ke age ke bich mein honge or abhi woh 34 hai or bohot samaye or sangharsh lagte hai ache jagah Jane pe..or haan hamesha acha jagah ko q apnana ek baar life mein Galat environment pe rehna hoga Sikh lene ke liye ..focus hatha ni chahiye
