They Dailywire is all about getting out of the way of their hosts, and they do all of the headache stuff behind the scenes. They basically let Brett do whatever she wants and supply her with all of the resources she needs or requests. It's exactly what their roles should be. Instead of early KZbin where corporate entities just imprisoned talent and mooched off them. DW offers everything she needs, and they are also letting her acts and stuff which was her original passion. DW got very lucky, and they are a perfect match.

However, Jeremy is a smart CEO and knew that even though her content isn't for him that she would find her own audience. So they gave her some resources to create a video. Then they gave her a small team, a custom set to her liking, and some financial stability so that she could create what she wanted. According to Jordan Peterson, Dailywire is very hands off when it comes how host want to do things. While simultaneously being very good with resources amd setting things up for their talents. He talked about it on an interview with a country singer dude. He was worried about partnering with a company, but was convinced when he saw how helpful they were and un-intrusive they were. Basically like "If you need anything we will do it for, do whatever you want".
