Bro what am I doing wrong! I want to make $70,000.00 on a wholesale real estate deals. I need that money. I been wholesaling (not very successfully) real estate really grinding from 2021-2023 and me and my guy lost a handful of deals we coulda made $2,000 - $10,000 on. But we only closed 1 wholesale deal for $15,000 in like 2022. And I 1st started learning WRE in 2018 up until 2020 (analysis paralysis). Really got grinding with my guy in 2021-2023. Lost a handful of deals but we closed 1 for $15,000. Jerry what am I doing wrong? Man we shoulda BEEN RICH! $500,000 MINIMUM AT LEAST! Doing what these main WRE YT videos be teaching.
