Seriously ? Ramadan ? The first thing that should have been done is for religious authorities to give a general dispensation. The Gazans do not need self inflicted pain at this time In general, even for the more religiously inclined, there are "excuses" from Ramadan within Islam and that includes those who are ill or coerced, which pretty much is the whole population of Gaza
