Blood sugar crashes. My friend had an episode of it when we were shopping and I swear I have never run so quick for help in my entire life!

Totally off-topic but your video on low stomach acid has changed my life. For over 30 years I thought I had food allergies... Nope. I've been taking betaine capsules after each meal and all my symptoms are gone. Thank you!!!!

I’ve worked on my digestion. But have dozzens of other chronic diseases. My question is hypothetical and logic based Will blending food to liquid (same food combo just blended) allow easier digestion?
@KickItNaturally8 ай бұрын
Thanks Bill. My opinion is that it really could help, just not as much as actual digestion. We really prefer to see someone fix digestive malfunctions. your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. It also shows you how to test for imbalances in the body that could be creating other health issues. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Come back and let us know how it goes.

Thanks, Tony! My severe ups and downs I added the salt with minerals, problem was still there so about 4 months ago I had a new alternative Internal med doctor and he told me to cut my meals in half with eating all the time and called me brittle. That was not the answer but it led me to search and I found that these swings tied in with thyroid issues whether hypo or Hashi. Then I looked at my reactions and found them tied to certain foods with having 2 autoimmunes-3 with Hashi. Sure enough, I react to nuts, chocolate, anything not AIP. Still eating Ketovore and yes a bit of carbs with each meal helps along with the carbs must be AIP friendly. Reactive Hypoglycemia tied to Hashimoto's/hypothyroidism. Food sucks even more now. AIP-autoimmune protocol. Usually, carbs are 1/4 of a pickle or 1/2 tina avocado. Protein-beef, chicken and salmon/sardines.

Had a 6 hour Glucose Tolerance Test when I was 16. Lasted only 3 hours. Now 49, mother of 5, I've since tried every diet that seamed reasonable. Trying carnivore now. Since I don't have a gallbladder anymore, it is a challenge for me to get the nutrients from my food. My generation believes that low fat , whole grains, lots of vegetables is the way to eat. After many years of fasting...to reset the body (yes I can fast) then vegan, then vegetarian, then meat...my digestion would crash everytime. Found out my HCL was low. Supplementing for a year now, I can now eat meat without a problem. I started on keto, eating frequently. I had some close calls on my sugar. After 10 days keto I had my first day carnivore. No low blood sugar. Did not need my usual nap. Full of energy. Steady nerves despite the weather changing (rain and stormy). Amazing. I had burnout, depression, IBS, ...EVERYTHING YOU SAID MAKES SENSE! Thank you. THANK YOU.

Can I take Beet Leaf capsules 420 mg with tudca to thin out my bile flow? Because the beet flow supplement of labs is way too expensive man. Will beet leaf supplement alone work?

I was doing so great eating no grain, veg and protein forward. But was rushed the other day I ate two rice cakes and two bananas. Ending up fainting, hitting my head and having a seizure. Trying to learn all I can!

Hope you are ok now , and I suggest start introducing carbs little by little because insulin hormone it was like on rest mode and you shocked it by having that much of sugar everything when it comes to our body we should introduce slowly

@@wizzer3847 Thank you. It just didn’t dawn on me because I go grain free and low fruit pretty consistently, but don’t consider it keto since I eat lots of starchy veg, too. Introducing slowly will be on my radar now! Thanks! And I’m much better, I think. Oddly weak, but getting there:)

@@KickItNaturally thank you. I’ll for sure check it out. 25 years of eating strictly for allergies, gut issues and minor hypoglycemia, until the other day. I felt it coming but was in a musical parent meeting for my daughter. No table in front of me so I hit hard. I didn’t want to cause a scene by stumbling out to lay down (until it passed enough so I could eat something) so caused a much bigger scene! Thanks for the info:)

Thank you for all your explanations! I had intuitively figured this out bc i'm one of these people... but nobody could confirm it for me. You can also add "brain fluttering" to the symptoms... it happens to me when my electrolytes are low and i am falling asleep and my brain is changing brainwaves.. it wakes me up and i have to drink water to calm it down and be able to fall asleep. I try not to drink too much bc i don't want to flush the electrolytes and don't want to have to wake up to pee in a few hours.. but once i was in a very bad cycle of extreme brain fluttering and having to drink up to 2 lt of water during the night to be able to fall asleep!! of course this depleted my minerals even further.. i was at a dangerous 74/(i can't remember the other number), but yeah.. veeeery low BP.... In case you are wondering, the brain fluttering feels like my neurons are running out of gas, and have to propel themselves to jump to the next building... i once feared it could be a seizure, but i can control it.. i just have to go back to awake state and drink water... but i'm sure it's an electrical imbalance of some sort in the brain...

According to mineral, It seem like there are two type of problems: 1. Cannot absorb mineral due to digestive problems 2. Cannot retain mineral in the body I watch many of your video and get some pictures of the first problem. But I don't understand second problem yet.

I eat carbs only when I workout. In general working out & more muscle mass keeps blood sugar more balanced. Eat fiber, protein, drink enough, take magnesium, Intermittend fasting and carb cycling and all that made me healthy. I have a question, does bile reflux means to much bile or can it still be sludge? Wondering if ox bile could help but don't want to add even more bile if its already refluxing (have no gallbladder)
