The proper commands for move somewhere else or stop doing that is . No training required. If they don't respond at first get louder and closer.

If hiss doesn't work, swat. And be equally diligent about normalizing being touched and petted everywhere they go that they're allowed to be, so it's a crystal clear distinction to them.

I used double sided tape on the counter edge, tsunami no longer jumps up.
