10 or 12 years ago, I had strong opinions about music. Now that I'm a grownup (ha ha), instead of saying a song or genre or artist sucks, I just say it's not for me. The music doesn't suck, it's just not for me. I've transcended the attitude to demean another artist or genre simply because I'm not into it.

I heard and learnt a similar statement from a friend: "I am not ready to understand this yet". It is good to let every artist go on with what they do, since an artist is already dealing with self-confidence about their art on a daily basis
