I’m 22, just started my doctorate program, and have been watching RMRS for 3 years now. I have learned so much about good positive presentation in personal style. This content has been solid gold for me and has changed the way I approach almost every situation, both in dress and mannerisms. Especially in a schooling situation, this content has given me the tools to be the best dressed man on campus and have better relations with professors and colleagues. Thanks for the amazing content, Antonio👌🏼

What I've noticed about myself as an avg guy and what I've done to attract women out of my league. 1. Groom yourself. So simple. Just shave or keep your facial hair well trimmed. Have a skin care routine. Clean and trim your nails. Basic stuff 2. This one can be difficult for guys with low confidence or those who are introverted but be charming and witty. Women absolutely love this about a guy. 3. Wear clothes that fit. I've never liked skin-tight or baggy clothes. Wear clothes that fit your body. Don't wear clothes that make you look like a little kid. I like dressing nice most days.Not 3 piece suit level, but waist coats, ties, chinos, and boots are my uniform. If I want to be more casual, then a simple black v-neck t shirt. And of course, with any outfit, a nice-looking watch. Not expensive, but one that looks nice and functions. 4. Have hobbies that you can include them in. Reading and playing video games is fun and all but of the women I've dated, even if they were gamers, loved joining me on my hobbies( I am a huge gamer btw, I just like doing other things too). For example, I enjoy hiking, cooking, baking, latin dancing, and going to the gun range. I use the gun range as a kind of filter for me personally. If she has a problem with me having firearms, then the relationship isn't going to work out. 5. Be genuine. I was honestly confused when a woman told me that I came off as being real. I asked for her to elaborate, and it came down to her perceiving ( correctly) that I don't hide who I am. My reactions are genuine, I listen intently, I ask questions, and I'm not afraid of being a little rough around the edges. 6. Watch your diet and exercise. Something I've been told by women is that I look good in a slim fit t-shirt.I have a well-built chest, and women love that. Eat right, too, because diet can affect things like hair, skin, and nails. A lot of guys, if they lost weight in the face, would go up a few points on the looks scale. Again, this is based on my own personal experience.

At one point between mental health and issues with people I was close to the end, technically homeless near morbid obesity and didn’t fee worth a damn. Back in my early 20s I was getting nowhere. I was bagging groceries at a store for a living had a huge drinking problem. Had people left and right, treating me like shit and had no direction or future in my life. I was also out of shape with fat cheeks and would drink heavily on the weekends, however, magically at age 24 I put a stop to drinking then I started getting back on the guitar going to the gym stocking the shelves go home repeat before I knew it I was in shape women wear after me left and right and I had a direction and a long-term goal in the future. By age 25 I was told I will be the next Eddie Van Halen with how much I have improved my guitar. All I cared about was the guitar I loved it more than my life. It was the most important thing to me and still is. Basically what I’m saying is what you feel about yourself. You are putting that energy and mindset to the world if you think negatively and terrible about yourself and have a drinking problem, then you’re putting that vibe into the world people can sense that.

The first tip is insane on how well it works, I'm recently divorced and came from a household where my ex wife and I weren't doing enough and our house was a disaster. Since I've been single I've really focused on myself, I make my bed every morning, my house is spotless. It has made a huge impact on my mental being in this clean organized environment. From that I dress better, care more about my physical health and now started my own business. Start with the simple things that have the most impact!

We need good male mentors now more than ever. I think channels like this will grow in popularity as there are a lot of lost young men out there. You are doing a good thing here Antonio.
@fiftyshadesofurban
@fiftyshadesofurban 9 ай бұрын
All of these guys are good male mentors. The only problem is that if they're on KZbin they are handicapped by the Matrix to what they can say or do. I've seen some small evidence that some of these guys have some beliefs they wouldn't be able to share on KZbin without getting canceled, but I knew for absolute certainty that Tai Lopez and Grant Cardone did not tow the party line when it comes to wokeness and the current anti-social direction that the culture is going. I knew that in 2016-2018 when these guys first came on the scene, and now you have Tai Lopez being on Fresh&Fit and Grant Cardone straight up talking about this stuff and hoding spaces trying to save America. The bottom line though is unless BigTech is defeated and people can talk as freely as Andrew Tate does without getting cancelled, losing access to banking, being framed for sex crimes, etc. it doesn't matter how good of a man these people are because they can never correct the problems men are facing today. This is because men are facing today a complete mind-fudge in the ways of having masculinity be said to be toxic and acting on however you feel to be what is to be rewarded. You have a culture that is demonizing approaching women in public, an epidemic of false r*pe accusations and many other outwardly obvious reasons to make socially anxious men who ALREADY fear talking to women even more afraid to do so. This is on top of a fatherless epidemic where men have no clue how to deal with women because they never had fathers to teach them, and men in society who DO KNOW how to do these things find it very strange that people exist (dating coaches) to teach men everything they were never taught. It's kinda like how most athletic trainers who are life-long athletes will just assume someone isn't trying because they say they can't lift whatever or do whatever exercise. They don't understand how weak these men are today literally, because all they do is spend their life in front of the screen. At work. At home. It's the same thing. Men need to be taught publicly how to approach women, how to sexually escalate with women (because otherwise you're not even SEEN as a prospect by women), but modern society both men and women see this at best as weird and at worst as teaching men how to sexually assault women. Men's mating skills is not something that women should ever know about, but now we're in a conundrum that if we don't publicly tell men THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO.. and get yelled at by women saying we're teaching sex assault, misogynous etc. etc. Then men will just get lonelier and lonelier and keep getting rejected until they do what this Indian guy did to this streamer.. hugging on her and pleading with her "I'm so alone... Please be with me." while she's freaking out because this is happening in a subway. Now here's evidence of what I previously said. EVERYONE'S replies to that video were saying they want to mutilate the guys genitals, he should be thrown in jail.. but he's not a bad person. What he is.. is the direct effect of a culture that treats everything masculine as violence towards women and anyone teaching masculinity or how to sexually approach women as teaching sexual assault. But then someone who has no clue what they're doing they call that sexual assault and don't see where the guy is simply lonely and clueless. Perhaps it is sexual assault but that's why men need to be taught. With BigTech censoring everything and Western society pushing woke BS there is no way that men will ever become men again, no matter how many Antonio's exist because even if they do want to say the right things they are handicapped to do so, Especially if their living depends on the money made from these videos. Eventually even guys as mild as Antonio will get cancelled as things get more and more extreme. People need to secure an income from a source that cannot be taken away for "dissenting with the popular opinion" and then move to Rumble and starve KZbin of income.

And I know the Red Pill is half filled with a bunch of toxic truly misogynous beliefs about women imported from the incels of 2012-2016. That's why I am making a blog about educating the Red Pill to clarify the real things men need to learn and separate them from the toxic things that will just fill them with anger and hate and work against them.

I grew up in a working-class, relatively poor home. Our clothing was utilitarian. Flannel shirts, jeans, simple jackets. Dressing up meant we ironed the shirts. I only owned a tie once I was nearly through college. A suit was out of the question. Now, I am in my early 50s and working through my wardrobe to present a more fashionable, mature, masculine, and knowledgeable image. I have matured, and I've gained wisdom since my younger days. I still have flannel shirts, comfortable (loose-fitting) jeans, and practical shoes (mostly hiking boots or Chuck Taylors.) Summer wear includes the typical cargo shorts, t-shirts, and an occasional Hawaiian shirt. However, I now have a few nicer dress shirts, some chinos, and a collection of ties that suit my taste. I have recently been delving into fashion footwear. My build is stocky. I carry some extra weight, but I do have shape. I'm of traditional Eastern European lineage. I do not have the modern "V" shaped torso. Rather, I'm a rectangle with a slightly narrower waist. I am 5' 11" tall, and 250lbs. I've always had difficulty finding proper clothing, especially suits. This information is so basic, and yet it is so essential. We are all products of our environment (to an extent.) I am moving from flannels and jeans to a more "put together" look and style because I was never taught any of these things. I truly appreciate the guidance and advice that are provided in these videos. Thank you!

Hi. I've recently found your channel (as in the last few days) but I really like your advice. I know I had an issue with the first one. What I've done is clean/organize 5 minutes in the morning. Do my bed, and put away my night clothes. Instead of sitting in front of the PC and watch the video (unless I'm commenting) I'll clean a bit while the video is happening. Essentially, I buy out the time to clean. it isn't fun, but it's worth it. As for that second point, I'm short (5'3") and lost most of my hair, and can be described as average looking at best. This was by my mid 20s. However, what you said is true. I like cars and computers and I had a friend who was having car issues. I figured it out and helped her. Later she had computer issues as well. She came to me. We dated for about a year, didn't work out, but she was someone who, had I not had those strengths, would have been out of my league. Currently dating another lady, and she's another person I would consider out of my league, but again, I played to my strengths. For those who don't want to work out like crazy/go to a gym, get resistance bands. They're inexpensive and there's a ton of workouts you can do. As always, thank you very much for you advice! I look forward to the next video.

I am not unattractive, but I can make myself look so by being lazy. I don’t spend an abnormal amount of time getting ready but I am efficient and flexible and thoughtful with my style always referring back to prior compliments and feelings within myself of when and how I felt/looked great. 1. I listen and make an effort to always demonstrate servant leadership. 2. I am thoughtful and although I am focused and working on myself, being thoughtful about others has projected my career. 3. I am willing to at any moment recognize a weakness and or slip up and immediately search within or outwardly for ways to improve. Because of this and a few others traits like honesty, cleanliness and good eating plus physical habits I have created an environment where I feel and project confidence.

Personal Hygeine! Keeping the odors under control is number one. The grooming--hair & nails get noticed even if someone is NOT looking. And dress appropriately. Dress your age, and dress for the occaision AND make it fit. Jeans/shorts & tees are comfortable, but they don't generally belong in the workplace. The most critical thing is to make sure your clothes fit your body--you will look 'put together' rather than 'thrown together'.

Musicians always have an edge when it comes to looking attractive! We see this all the time with various famous musicians nowadays. My late father was a musician all his life. He was not especially good looking, short, balding at an early age, and had a large nose. But he had no trouble meeting women, in fact he was a bit of a womanizer! - which was the downfall of his first marriage!! LOL But he did end up marrying a very pretty woman 25 years his junior - my mother! And lived happily with her until he died at 75. So you've already got a leg up on the competition!!

This is all great advice, but only works if you can get to step 1 - meeting them in person. Today, most people rely on online dating apps and women only go for the top 10-20% of good looking guys. Guys who don't have success on apps need to learn how to meet women in person, especially in social situations where you have a step in the door. For the confident, cold approaches can work sometimes, but it's not something I've ever done. Antonio's tips will help you make a much better impression.

I'm in my mid 20s, I have a fairly high paying remote job. I know my issue is the fact that I do spend almost all of my time at home and don't even commute or anything so I'll have to work on that, but it hasn't been that easy

Having a good personality and being nice can get you really far. No matter if you are a 10 or not no one would want to spend more than a few minutes with you if you're an knobhead. Most women are looking for a long term relationship. This give an advantage to a nice, fun guy that is a 4/10 compared to a really handsome knobhead. Then having an interesting and fun hobby that you can share with some one is an other plus.

I had a good start, I kinda looked like James Dean from the age of 17 - 26, then genetics kicked in and somehow morphed into a 55 year old Eddie Izzard in my late 30's now in my 40's it hasn't improved with age (just like Eddie Izzard), so i'm not turning anyones heads. But there are things I can control, weight, build, skincare, hair and facial hair. I feel more youthful and more attractive when i'm in shape, a good build, clothes fit, a fresh hair cut (still blessed with a full head of hair, beit turning silver at a rapid rate) and a well kept thick beard. Which all need constant hard work.

Walk, talk, listen, dress, and smell like you have a purpose in life and you'll be more attractive. Trade hoodies for fake leather or a cheap peacoat, trade graphic tees for henleys, and (insert streetwear shoe) for loafers.

I think a very important thing to do which avoids ugliness is to stop smoking. I believe the smell of smoke makes other people choose not want to be around you. How can you compete if others don't want to share space with you? People wonder how they can get the smell of smoke out of their clothes. One easy way is not to smoke. Yes, your boss may smoke, and you can't change that, but you have full control over yourself. Also, if you think about what cigarettes cost these days, you can save that money and invest in nicer clothing. Three things I'm good at and passionate about? 1. Building computers. No I'm not in IT, in fact I'm unemployed. But, this is a habit I just can't give up. 2. Sewing. Yes, I know the name of my tailor, but he charges too much. 😆😆😆 3. Learning and teaching myself to do things. Thank you for caring enough to read this.

The biting the nails part, I honestly don't get that. Do men really bite their nails? It hurts your teeth, you can simply use any cheap nail clipper and keep them nice and trimmed. However, I do admit i've never went to a skin person, I may consider that in the future. And yeah, my mouth does get pretty dry, especially in the winter. Best, simple way to keep it most is to drink plenty of water. If that doesn't help, brush your teeth. It's amazing how the fluoride, etc, can help moisten your mouth and lips.

Just take a shower, bro! ❤😂 I mean, how many people out there can't do basic self- maintenance? I think the number is grossly overestimated... My point is that - yes, it's a low hanging fruit, but precisely because of that, most people already do it. So, to gain any competitive advantage you have to be way more competitive than that. It's like telling a person looking for a job - just create a nice CV 😅 - bro that's like job application 101 that's not going to do much for you... Yeah, it might be better than that guy who doesn't bother even doing that part but he's not your competition in the first place. Same goes for dating - 40 year old divorced guy with a belly and male pattern baldness is not your competition to date hot 25 year olds... So my point is to see any results you have to put in exceptional amount of work or be a Chad.

I don't give a rats ass about what others think of me or my looks for that fact. My purpose in life is to show dominance over my own mind and beat it into submission to do what I say. One way of this is how I dress. My dress strongly tells myself that I am the one that who is in Total dominance. In the morning, I always iron my own shirts; it is a religious experience. During that time, I tell myself what is to be done that day, how you will react to situations presented, and to stoically review of battles lost in order to grow and become stronger. I dress to tell others that I am in control of my own mind and destiny and you should move out of my way. Life is short chaps. chase your dreams and achieve your destiny

Antonio, this is all well and good. However, being intelligent, well-dressed, attentive, a great listener, and every other quality that men may look for in a woman goes out the window when you factor in that what many women want is 💰💰💰💰. How many pro athletes who are butt ugly have supermodel girlfriends? Take model Melania Trump, is she really with Donnie because he has the looks of Sean Connery. or is it because he is rich and now powerful??? Like the song - girl's don't like boys, girl's like cars and money! If any of us watching were mega mega rich, we would have model after model lining up for us!!! Still, work on yourself and be the best you can be!

Hi Antonio, This is a great vid but would you please delete Andrew Tate off the youtube preview panel. That guy is not a hero nor someone anyone should emulate. He is best put in the dustbin of history, where he and others like him belong. Great tips on cleaning up your act. Getting a skin treatment every once in a while is a great refresher. Great points on lines on clothing and using illusionary tricks to make you look slimmer. Women have been taking it from where it is and putting it where it ain't for centuries. Physical health matters more than anything else! No body, no life. Ugly guys who have money can get anything they want! XD But seriously, having a fall back reserve in times of crisis is the best plan ever. A friend of mine used to say "But, you can't eat money!" I replied, "True it doesn't taste very good, does it? But without it starvation tastes a lot worse." I have always advocated to store extra food and money for when times are bad.

I’ll make this very easy. If you don’t have good looks…dedicate yourself to your career and make a lot of money. Once you have become successful, women came out of the woodwork. Men are attracted to looks…women are attracted to security ($$$).
