How can we help someone who is experienced past trauma?
Being involved in, witnessing, or not being able to prevent an event that goes against our moral values can lead to developing a moral injury. For instance, a lot can happen in a war, military service or even within a medical system, that doesn't fit into what we habituated as a moral norm. Understanding what moral injury is and how it’s distinct, but related to PTSD is critical in treating trauma. In today's video, I will discuss how we can support someone in their recovery while struggling with moral injury in the context of past trauma.

Moral Injury- breakage of moral evaluation by outer forces like Peer Pressured responses/actions against selective group/individuals? Would that include cops that will assault/encourage assault upon a person as a group while detaining them? Or "Cult" training of thought/behaviors?
