You spoke about the Value chain, we need to make this known to some of our graduates that are looking for what to do. I heard from the son-in-law of one of the matriarchs in this market who got discovered by the Germans who came looking for the dye when they discovered that her dye was a unique one. I learnt that her portrait was placed at the reception of the corporate headquarters of BASF recording cassettes on Germany. So, how come we lost that quality dye>

We have wicked Wealthy Men in Nigeria and Africa at Large, whose Legacy has no Perpetuity... People don't want to save indigenous Jobs and no generational Works and industries are kept with Philanthropic Investment. The Fabrics industry, Tailoring Industry, the Leather industry... This one we are still eating "pomo" in Nigeria instead of making Leather and you see our Sciences in Nigeria is a Joke. We can produce ordinary Candle in Nigeria, We can't produce Dyes, We can't produce Machineries. How do we industrial? I am a second Generation of a Tailoring Firm of 6 Decades at my 11years in the Sewing industry I am so exhausted. Sir, I don't know who will help the Garment and Textiles industry in Nigeria.

It is important that value chains are broken down to the level where participation could be broader than what it is actually. If they can be done abroad, they can be done in Nigeria. Maybe this business could be modernized introducing robots. Though it would have a negative effect because there could be loss of certian jobs but it would attract another generation to it.
