Food insecurity is reaching an all-time high and the growing climate crisis could force an extra 183 million people into hunger by 2050.
So how does climate change actually impact food security and how do we ensure that a worldwide food shortage doesn't become the next global crisis?

If we want to effectively tackle these problems, what we need is to focus only on measures that have a real impact 1) distance tax: a tax that increases the longer the goods are shipped or transported- this incentivizes a local economy and stops the mess of goods running around the world for no reason. 2) female education- the more educated the less children they will have, as overpopulation is a huge problem 3) tackle income inequality- tax the super wealthy and the multinationals, make them pay the right share, no more tax avoidance or producing in countries with lower regulations. Big companies need the most resources and make up the biggest polluters, so local and smaller is better. 4) universal basic income so people dont have "to make a living" at any cost and follow their passions- no damaging, stupid or unnecessary work 5) make hemp biodiesel (and other biodiesels) make up 30% of all fuel compulsory in the economy and make investments. Tackle food waste and make it maximal 5% of all produced. Go towards 0% fossil fuels with improved technology. Swap most plastics for hemp-derived materials 6) sustainability index- make an index of the worst environmental offender-practices. Ban those that are not needed and bring within limits those that can be made sustainable. Use taxes to incentivize/disincentivize 7) go towards a bio-adapted infrastructure such as passages for the wild under highways and so forth. Go back to natural farming, drop all intensive farming, is healthier anyway. Decrease production of animal products. Abandon chemicals, fertilizers and pesticides, all not sustainable. 8) we need a working UN back in some form, to protect areas such as the amazonas and other strategically important parts of the world for the ecology. Besides that we need first nation countries to invest in countries that are lagging behind, as the investment would yield much greater results. This is a global challenge. 9) drop all the measures that wont make any difference and accept that we cant control it 100% at this point. Maybe there are some benefits in a warmer climate too. Couldn’t have said it better. I would add tax on food with poor nutrition content. A tough would have compensate for the poor. In first world countries the poor are often look food healthy or obese. That is because of the food the food they can afford to buy. Malnutrition among their children is at industrial revolution levels.

The climate has been fluctuating since the beginning of time. They have been propping up climate change fear for generations, guess what...we can lower c02 simply by planting more plants and trees...they consume c02 AND store it in the roots and dirt. Gill Bates is only making matters worse by trying g to "block out the sun" , spraying aluminum in the air not to maentuon...HE is now buying up all the farm land. We need to stop subsidiesing real farmers...its basically welfare and therefore controlling their way of farming ...and its not a smart way of farming. Boycott Monsanto products. Start a garden, protest Gill Bates and stop watching mainstream news. This runs so much deeper then you think. Please start digging into research and don't let the scams called covid, climate change, food shortages, etc. Steer your decision making. The "food shortages" have been proven time and time again to be purposefully manufactured by governments. Whether your left, right, or center. Stand up against Big Government and big corporations. Its time they realize we arent falling for it anymore! 😐

Glacial maximum to glacial minimum takes about 12000 years. We're on the brink of the minimum and then the system slowly reverts back to maximum over about the same duration. When the propagandists say we have to save the planet they mean we need to save ourselves. The planet will always survive, as it has been for the last billion years of waxing and waning cold to warm, ice world to wet world, occasionally disrupted by a significant cosmic impact...

Climate change means Jesus is coming back not to land on this planet. Matthew 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
