I keep thinking of "Invasion Of The Bodysnatchers" - particularly the very last scene where Donald Sutherland is walking along the street in the capital, where the viewer is given hope, that he's going to bring attention to what's been happening in his city. The barren trees hinting...just *_slightly,_* that things aren't quite alright, but it's okay...the intelligent, resourceful hero of the film has at long last *made it* - he's stayed awake, as you can see...and is going to *finally* stop the chaos right here and now, just as in the 1950s original. Of course, if you've already seen the movie to its completion, you'll know EXACTLY what ends up becoming horrifyingly apparent. This is analogous to what I fear is happening with this country, and Islam sneaking its way in very very discreetly. All the institutions that were once comfortable, familiar, and "safe" to interact with, have become actively destructive to your very soul and being. I think most would agree that precision in the use of language should be a fundamental aspect of our judicial system. Recently I became obliged to use the governments's website to make a formal claim through the courts. During the process of filling out the online forms I found they contained at least four childlike spelling mistakes. Isn't such a thing embarrassing for our legal system? And doesn't anyone double check for things like this? When I remarked on this to friends they typically came back with the same comment, "DEI hire"
