Thanks for waiting for this one. We began production on this episode back in March not knowing what the world would look like in the future and whether any of our interviews or footage would be usable. So major thanks to Supergiant Games for being so open in interviews and for their trust in our vision. The final episode of Hades: Developing Hell will be live shortly after the game reaches it's 1.0 launch. If you've missed any of the older episodes, here's the playlist; kzbin.info/aero/PL-THgg8QnvU4JEVov1tMlFThNYS92F8uC - stay safe out there! 😷🤘

It's almost adorable how Greg still can't fathom the 98% on Steam. You guys have consistently improved with every game and you all do something vitally important that other companies only claim to do: you listen to the fans. I still see Greg and Amir pop up in the Hades reddit to explain certain decisions or address concerns. When we have a negative reaction to a change you consider our point of view and sometimes pull back on the change. This is almost unheard of for other companies. Additionally I respect that Greg didn't pass judgement on the burglary acknowledging that wealth disparity was likely a contributing factor; you don't have to approve of what they did but understanding is important.
@tiraelrosenburg3454 жыл бұрын
As someone who has 34 hours and climbing in Hades, I know for a fact they earned every fraction of a percent. Just the sheer number of voiced interactions, all dependent on each other and anything else you do. The whole thing is consistently gorgeous, it has a customizable endgame system, and they even gave new models to the weapon aspects! They didn't have to do that, they could have just said it works like this now. It's truly incredible.

Back when the pandemic started, I had to stop a month into an internship I'd worked my ass off for. I'm so tired of living like this. Right now I'm angry and sad, but most of the time I'm just tired. This is a powerful, interesting and fascinating insight into both covid and working through it in an affected industry. (as well as a good update on the game). Thank you so much for this!

This has made supergiant into my favorite dev's. They're are just so down to earth, which most dev just feel like they're just so indoctrinated by their PR teams. Thank you for making this.

I've loved this documentary series. I'm sad to know the next episode will be the last, but I'm also happy to have experienced all the highs and lows as the team did. It really adds to the drama. Great quality as always on this doc! I think you did a marvelous job, ESPECIALLY given the circumstances.

Thank you so much, noclip, for this documentary series. It's made me love Supergiant Games even more than I already did after playing Hades. The people who work there are so down-to-earth, it's unreal. First with how Greg shows compassion and understanding towards the people who stole from their studio - there's wasn't even the slightest bit of anger as he talked about the robbery. That seriously awed me. And then Amir was asked how their team was doing and he said something like, "We work really efficiently but I don't know how everyone is doing." That was such a real and genuine response. He didn't try to cover up the situation and say that everything is great, just honestly admitted that he doesn't know everyone's personal circumstances during a time as difficult as the pandemic. It comes as no surprise to me that the people behind a game as great as Hades are equally great themselves. I will be buying and playing all of their previous titles, along with any others they come out with in the future (hopefully many more). Thanks again to noclip and Supergiant for the wonderful insight. I've learned so much from this documentary.

15:56 Oh my god, they got robbed!?! And in the middle of a pandemic, my heart instantly shattered when I saw the footage, my jaw just dropped when I saw that. I feel so bad for those guys. 😱😥😥💙

Along with Dusk and NieR: Automata, Hades is one of my favorite games of the generation. Fantastic job, SGG! I thought it was going to be impossible to surpass Pyre. Boy, was I wrong.

This episode of the series, in particular, moved me. This particular series is wonderful. It's sparked something in me that I've been resisting and I'm riding that feeling now. Thanks to Noclip and Supergiant for something truly incredible. Thank you, so much.
