They lead teams by 20!!! And then collapse. It’s a mental and discipline problem with the Warriors which is crazy and kinda unacceptable based on their experience. This roster could absolutely compete for a title but is their heads that are holding them back, not the Xs and Os. the NBA and the warriors have been extremely lenient to Draymond for years. He has a long list of in game (and in practice) doing things that would be considered criminal assault elsewhere. The last 2 years or so the league has given him relatively minor penalties for actions that would be considered criminal. Not to defend Ja Morant, but he got a 25 game suspension for waving a gun. He did not shoot it at or threaten anyone, and the gun was legal. I am not a gun owner, but his suspension for a picture of himself with a gun, with which he neither harmed or threatened anyone, seems out of whack when compared to actual violence perpetrated during NBA events.
@BigxPerk229811 ай бұрын
I agree and disagree with your statement. Yeah Ja Morant had a rough suspension and consequences but he was posing with a gun like as if he was banging or something. He’s supposed to be the face of the NBA and kids look up to him.

The so-called damage just may have saved Draymond's life. Draymond is financially set for life. The game and the league will go on with or without him. What's important is that he get help. The stars know they can get away with a lot more antics and to be more expressive even if disruptive. There's this sense of entitlement. and the amount of unsportsmanlike conduct allowed, is something that allows the "Draymonds" of the league a lot of leeway. Almost seems that the NBA believes they get higher ratings from bad behavior. That could be reduced dramatically pretty immediately, by ejecting players who engage in unsportsmanlike conduct (locking another players arm , hanging onto their jersey, "creating space" by straight arming or throwing forearms into the defending player (who frequently is called for a foul), etc. On the rare occasion where there is a call against the offensive player who "creates space" with a forearm shiver etc., it makes you wonder if their is a betting line (heavily promoted by the NBA) that might be affecting refs calls. Many time defenders are called for a foul when they were the recipient of an offensive foul. And when a Ref occasionally calls a "carry", when there is usually one on every play, it seems to make no sense, unless these calls are related to betting.

Sadly the organisation has contributed to this,and part of the problem.They set the (low) standard,when they didn't get rid of Draymond Green after he assaulted Jordan Poole at practice. In fact,they encouraged Green's behaviour,by rewarding him,and trading Poole.Regardless of what Poole said,Green should of controlled himself,and not assaulted a then team mate. After this incident,not being happy with Poole's attitude,should of led to the Warriors getting rid of Green,and Poole in separate trades.Instead,it sent the wrong message to Green,here we are,and he could of been someone else's problem now.

Draymond is an outstanding player; His self-control is what has been costing the Dubs. He is glue that keeps the team together. He has to be a man with much greater patience and control on the court. If someone tries to trigger him, he needs to let it roll off his back and ball out. If he is in control and sticks to his roles on offense and defense, he is a large force to go against when any NBA team plays against the Dubs. Draymond, the league is going to test you. Whoever tries to hunt you down, let their attack role over your head and stick to being a BASKETBALL PLAYER not an Mix Martial Artist.
