There are three plaintiffs. They bought a car from the defendant and they say the car had major issues when they received it. They took it to a mechanic, who told them there was no emergency brake and a broken spark plug. They’re suing for a refund, car repairs, locksmith costs, and car parts. If you DO that, at least get it in writing that you can reposess the car (that they sign) if they don't pay the rest by a certain date, and put a lien on the title (so they can't sell it).
