Also something about drinking water, a tip from me is, drink half your body weight! For example if you weigh 100 pounds, your going to drink 50 ounces of water a day! That tip really helped me so hopefully it will help you too :)

As a kid my metabolism was great I ate double of what I eat now as a 15 year old,but then the doctor said I was too thin and my mom made me fat and now I am fat.

Kudos for the Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you thought about - Millawdon Right Nourishment Trick (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a good one of a kind product for loosing weight while keeping it off without complex diets without the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my buddy at last got great results with it.

Great video. I personally lost 66 lbs in 8 months with a high fat - low carb diet and metabolism boosting tips. @@aleena208 if you do it regularly it could possibly speed up your metabolism therefore you body processes the food quicker so it turns into energy instead of fat :)

Peppers for sure. Cayenne pepper is an excellent metabolism booster. Make sure to add it to your meal AFTER you cook it. Adding it while cooking can destroy most of the capsaicin.

How do I slow down my metabolism? because I’m trying to get ripped but I don’t gain a single pound. I eat more than my whole family and I’m the skinniest one. I’m literally the last eating in the dinner table.

eat faster. eating slow actually helps u get skinnier lol and since you said you’re the last eating in the table, i’m guessing you eat slowly. also- maybe you’re just growing.

YES. THIS I KNOWETH- 1. Sit. SIT IN THE SAME PLACE FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS (maybe eat some food with high calories at the same time) 2. Don't take naps, and sleep very late 3. Just don't do any uh- very energizing stuff overall You're welcome 💀

Okay I'm not one to talk but as far as I know you're body will make you thirsty when you are thirsty. It's a marketing idea that you should drink before you thirsty because people were trying to sell all kinds of sports drinks and do not buy low fat anything because you're body needs it's more important to choose where you're body gets calories then how many calories you consume, eating fat doesn't make you fat that's a lie told by the sugar companies sugar is toxic and gives you a short burst of energy then stores the rest in fat

Another tip i got from skinny girl: clean your stomach first, than you can have fast metabolism. And i really mean it, CLEAN YOUR STOMACH FIRST, or you gonna have a hard time to lose weight
