I make $48,000 a year in California and I can barely even make it on that. Also, call me insensitive, but I think people are stupid to keep having babies when they can't afford it and don't even own a house yet. I make $48k and wouldn't dare have a baby without buying a house first. I also wouldn't have a baby if I'm not married but that's a different topic. Edit: the reason I say I'd want to buy a house first is because here in CA if you're renting, they usually increase your rent by about $50-$100 every year, which makes renting EXTREMELY expensive.

@@juliennetully4814 Well I live in California where your rent goes up $100 every single year. If you're renting while having kids, you're on a fast track to being FLAT BROKE. And I mean BROKE. My rent went from $1100 to $1200 to $1300 to $1400 and now I'm paying $1,500 per month for a small 1-bedroom apartment. When I renew my lease, it's going to increase to $1,600. Where I live, it's flat out stupid to have kids while renting. If you own a house, your mortgage payment will stay the same over the years, while all the renters are broke and on the verge of losing their apartment because it became so expensive. Having kids while renting in California is asking for serious financial trouble and instability. Regarding having kids out of wedlock... For me personally, my kids deserve better than that. There is certainly some self-selection there, though, so it's not an apples to apples comparison. As soon as her first son was off to school she should have been working not getting pregnant again so she can be a SAHM. 4) Again, I can’t stress this enough, why would you get pregnant again when you can’t afford to take care of yourself.

@AmericanWithTheTruth3 жыл бұрын
I would honestly say this as a Christian. A lot of people don’t understand that when you get these very important life events out of order like living with someone having kids and not being married, people usually struggle in their situation and they don’t realize because God is not blessing them. The reason why I say this, is because there is a difference in sense. A sin that is well thought out as opposed to a sin that is just an addiction or just happens involuntary there is a difference. If you choose to live with someone, shack up and pretend that you’re a married couple you’re pretending to have a relationship. That’s not normal. And that is something that is methodically planned out and you have to choose day-to-day to live in that sentence. It’s not like you slip up in a moments notice and the sin happens and there’s a big difference in the heart on these issues. And if you choose day after day to live in rebellion methodically planning this out and willingly making these mistakes there’s a difference it’s a heart issue. And God will not bless you more than likely.
