Going through so much emotional pain right now Every instance of present goes back to that hurt.... have tried medicine, meditation. Self improvement. But it's the people I trust the most who keep betraying me feel like your heart is out and chopped to pieces

This is so true! Many new age spiritual teachers 'gurus' recommend avoiding the pain claiming 'it's the past' why would you go back to that? Emotional wounds are not like physical wounds. Emotional wounds need TLC to heal.. Physical wounds are repaired by the body automatically as the cells know how to regulate themselves. Thank you for sharing this video!! :)

Music helps me feel safe or having a mirror in front of me. When it feels like it wont end ever it will its an overwhelming pain and allow it to overwhelm you. Allow the body to shake shiver cry scream anything you need. And hug yourself. I love you

It does get very overwhelming and painful. The video below kinda helped me. Basically we sit with the pain. Gently turn off the thoughts/mental images and just be present with the pain. Don't manipulate the pain-don't actively exacerbate it or try to make it go away. Just be with it. If it shifts, be with it. Be with your pain, with someone else whom you trust. Someone who stays with you during this moments and has a calm regulated nervous system. This can help to regulate (co-regulate) your own nervous system in/through the pain and 'teach' your system that now you are safe. Your hurt parts have the chance to be integrated. Love to you. ❤

I’m an bad human for saying this but, if she did not stumble so much her work will be much more successful. Of course as time goes by people leave their prime but I am just stating an opinion.
