I could relate to this, and having experienced it only left to struggle to get threw it on my own,and find it’s a lot of self control to manage it,and get threw it all,and in my situation I learned to having to put my mind elsewhere into something else, and it most certainly works well for me,and for others practicing meditation would work for them but this doesn’t work for Me because it’s a game someone developed in my situation, and I Thank You For Listening And Having A Understanding Of Me

I relapsed after almost 60 days of sobriety from alcohol. It definitely started slowly creeping into my thoughts a week or so before I gave in. It's been two months now of continuous drinking and I haven't been putting in any effort to get better because I'm so stuck in the cycle. But I almost lost my job a few days ago because I was too hungover to even call out sick. I'm ready to do anything right now to get back on track.

Sending you positive and healing vibes, Meg. I hope you are getting terrific support from others (like a therapist) and have a good system of coping skills. Diana is a great person to reach out to if you need more support.
