I tried this after he disrespected me in front of a customer and he replied with, “why are you fkn getting butt hurt?” I immediately fired him. Some people just don’t know how to act no matter how professional your approach is.

Right! We have sort of people similar, but there are stupid managers who think they are always right. That’s not right. Besides, managers who think that seniors who worked several years, they may be right, new staff may not be. That is not right. Everyone makes mistakes. Moreover, some staff love licking and their promotion is based on that. Promoting is not about licking someone’s ass, but about being skilled, esteemed, appreciatived by staff and clients and about hard working and deserving others respect, good results. Here is what should be replaced with promotion, not blacking your colleague I. Front of your manager, mocking at others when seeing their mistakes, informing every bullshit to your boss and as a result if he is holding you at work and considering you his senior. Then it comes to the meaning a stupid boss hired a stupid assistant. Because all starts from the head. If head is smart, the body and the hands with all roots will be stable and smart.

@@JamesLard32 I manage all people by threatening them if I can't fire them. If you do it in such a way that they think you are not directly doing that, intending to or even aware - it is the best. Just figure out what they care about in life and take it from there. You overhear Jenny raving about the rare- once in a lifetime favorite rock band reunion coming that she has been obsessively playing in the stock room since she GOT HERE 8 months ago. The radio show is doing a call in trivia competition for a Chanze to win free tickets and all expenses paid to the city at X time but it's during work hours. She's slacker who thinks you're a sucker muva fukka. Ordinarily you don't sweat the small stuff and are easy going and flexible but she is just ridiculous and now is trying to escalate even further to accommodate the radio show cuz bitch is redikaluss. Now is the time to heal on all the stuff you really need to get done and to be a stickler for details because she will be so desperate to hurry up and get away to the backroom to "do inventory".

I wish it would be that easy. But in reality their can be court cases and sometimes management just doesn't want to get involved and want the employees to fix things. The worse is, if that person is ongoing/perm and your not, that you have a grievance against them. Then the power dynamics of the office can be a problem.

The boss to be fired. Because he made a mistake in hiring an employee from the beginning. Second, he is the one to blame who instructed his new staff to start practice when he is enough trained.

Dealing with an explosive employee always gets real mad and thinks he’s the busiest in the room. (He’s the least) but he is a grown adult who throws tantrums.

If your employee is having behavioral issues it’s usually the managers fault for not listening to their employee. Most of the time “behavioral issues” boils down to a bad manager who demands respect and makes the environment toxic for everyone around them because they’re triggering peoples fight or flight without even recognizing it. Its a sign of a bad workplace and you should leave before it poisons you too. Stop blaming the workers for everything. They walked in there before everything at the workplace happened and are just pointing out the obvious. If you don’t listen to them that’s your own damn fault. I’m tired of people always pointing at the employee first and not the employer

Have a question, and I will appreciate if anyone replies me. I got hired in an accounting firm and its just the two of us in the office. My co worker has been there for 1 and half years and I've just been there for 7 months. Its my co workers who trained me but my training was the worst of all times. I have a degree and masters but my co worker has zero degree. When this guy discovered that I have two degrees, he started belittling and degrading me. Folks I was just fresh from school with no experience, so this guy took that advantage to belittle me. He used to remind me all the time how he has no degree but he can do everything. Sometimes, he would stand behind me and starts laughing at me. I tried to talk to bosses about him, but he has never changed. This guy also wants to dictate what I am supposed to do and what I am not supposed to me. He wants to be in charge of all my clients and my bosses know all this but just ignore. I swear I feel so horrible and want to resign but not sure if its the right decision yet. And since he's been there before me, my bosses listen to him more than me and am just left speechless. What can I do.
