Hi! How do you remove solid pellets from the bottom of the centrifuge tube?

I've never seen an application for a completely dry pellet. Usually you resuspend the pellet in a small amount of liquid - either a little leftover supernatant, or a new solution. You resuspend the pellet by pipetting up and down. If you have a particularly big pellet, it can help to use the tip of the pipette to "stir" the pellet into the resuspension solution.
