@@Socaladv Dulzura, quite south. But there are some nice calm trails near here. Otay Mountain on the west and campo has some nice trails and even an HOV area - haven't checked that out tho. And I also ride in Baja California. Have gone to a bunch of places from Tecate to San Felipe to Ensenada and back. Contact me if you want to ride!

Fellow T7 owner. I concur with all CamelADV parts. I would honestly reach out to the manufacturers of all the parts damaged and tell them how they held up or failed. I’m sure if you order again they would give discounts from your feedback.

Yeah, it would be worth a shot. I do think I'll go for a different skid plate, with less protrusion at the linkage. that definitely did me in.

Damn dude that sucks about your injury. We just finished North Cal BDR and had one guy break part of his ankle on section 1. Hope you heal up quick.

Brutal. Pointing a finger of blame toward that oversized metal linkage guard. Too large, too low, too inflexible. I’d ditch it for the Camel ADV gut guard

yeah, I'm thinking the same thing. I will definitely be getting one that is more slippery for that reason. Do you like the camel one?

@@SocaladvIt’s great. Burly piece, w’ a slick & durable centre strip becomes a flexible linkage guard. The fifth mount point helps take some impact load off the aluminum castings. 4 years & plenty of abuse later, mine’s still rocking trouble free.

WOW. I just picked up a brand new 2024 and I sure do not plan on a big falll!!! Heal quick and love on that T7 I been waiting for the prices to come down. Can’t wait to put some miles and adventures.. Around Bend Oregon out on 2 wheels OUT!
