How Easy are Super Duty Front Springs to repalce?

How Easy are Super Duty Front Springs to swap? They are super easy to do and only require a few tools. We are going to be swapping my for a little experiment. I went from a 5600LB spring to a 5200LB spring from a 5.4 or 6.2 gasser truck. I'm hoping for a little smoother ride while keeping the same ride . We will find out how it went at the end of the video.
Also note this process will work for ANY Super Duty from 04 to present day.
All part numbers are listed in the video at the 5 minute mark. Part numbers are for spring rates from 4000LB to 7000LB.

That has to be the easiest spring swap I have seen yet. Manual transmissions and those funny little knobs that say "Lock" and "Free" definitely deliver fuel economy. Awesome truck!

Loved the vid! Wonder if the “softer” ride would be of any supplemental benefit to trucks prone to the dreaded “death wobble” by taking some of that inertia into the springs more?

Thank you Croutster!! That's a good question. To be honest I don't really know. I do know I've never experienced it in my truck after the swap. I didn't even add a sway bar or steering dampers 🤣

@@CPsGarage I mean it’s in theory a logical assumption..but alas…the real world proving ground it’s completely different…also, would a reduced capacity spring up front in anyway change the towing / haul characteristics when at max capacity do ya think? I can’t see why it would just a question inside my head
